    We have used them several times already. They always call shortly after making the service request the same day and often the same day appt as well. The techs are professional and explain what they are doing and answer all our questions. This time it was for a free tune-up for the furnace before winter. The phone reps are great to talk to and the whole process is stress free and user friendly. So glad to have the company when we need them.

    They advertise they are local but they are not. Scheduling was terrible. Made an appointment and given a date and time. The next day they cancelled the appointment. I had to go through the process again to reschedule. The technician came out and told us we needed to order a part. We ordered the part and he came back out and the part we ordered was not the issue.

    Don’t understand why he wouldn’t order the part. Now he wants us to order another part. I told him we will be using someone else. Washer is still not repaired.

    Do not do business with this company. Would like to give zero stars.

    I regret ever using their services. Such bad customer service. They charged me 90$ just for turning on a switch. I had already paid so much and the only reason i had to pay money again was cux their pro didnt finish the job the first time.

    I had an appointment for someone to come out and check our heater. The company called to see if they could send the tech an hour earlier. I was fine with it but showed up half an hour early. I didn't mind though. He came, did what he had to, made his recommendations and left. Now I feel safer and warmer.

    I have had this company for over 7 years. I take advantage of their AC/Heater check ups. I have had a water heater replaced, and I have had a new motor on my pool. They bring qualified company's to work on your equipment.

    I contacted ProConnect because the gas in my rental home had been shut down due to a poor connection to the stove. I got a technician the same day to come in and fix the connection. While he was there, he told me, the ignitor on my stove should be replaced. I authorized the repair. My tenant called me hours later and told me that she had turned on the oven, and the smell of gas was overwhelming. I contacted the contractor who then told me over the call that he was pretty sure that my tenant was being "overly sensitive" and that it was probably because of "some medication she was taking". I was fairly appalled that he would make this presumption. I asked him to come again, which he did the next morning. I decided to go as well, since he was trying to pin the problem on my tenant's over-sensitivity. Sure enough, the moment the stove went on, there was a smell of gas that was so bad that we had to open windows. He tried to tell both of us that we were imagining it and that it "smelled like something burning" (there was no smoke and the oven was immaculately clean). He then ascribed the problem to the oven being old and past its replacement time. I told him that this would have been very helpful information to have before he did the repair. He offered to try to get a refund but told me that he was an independent contractor and that he would have to eat the cost. I generally don't like screwing over people who work hard for their money, so I told him not to bother. I feel like a service that was not ordered, was ill-advised, and ultimately turned out to be a waste was foisted on me and then the contractor tried to deny the problem (despite the reality that it could have made my tenant very ill or even killed her). Tips for training your contractors: (1) if you make a mistake, cop to it (2) don't sell me a repair for an appliance that you know is on its last legs without telling me that first. It's dishonest. (3) Don't try to mainsplain away my tenant's very legitimate concerns by pretending that she's the problem (4) don't try to pretend that ovens are supposed to leak enough gas to give me a migraine.

    I was skeptical of home warranties. We have replaced a cooktop and dishwasher with a few problems, all of which were handled promptly and to our liking. Best are there maintenance suggestions and offers such as furnace and air conditioning.

    The service we needed was electrical. Previous working outlets no longer worked, thought it was a tripped outlet that we couldn’t reset. Window of service was 10am-12pm. They showed up at 2:00pm. Proceeded to run around in a rushed nature banging into walls with tools and displaying a total lack of regard for the care of others property. I have included photos of the resulting damage that occurred during their visit. Their destructive nature made it 100% clear that despite the cost of the estimate, we would undoubtedly not use them, unable to trust that they wouldn’t destroy our house beyond the problem we currently have. I have requested a refund of the “trip fee” because if we had known what was coming our way, we surely would have gone with a different company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    Reported my dishwasher and they immediately scheduled the repair service. The technician called me the next day to make an appointment. After assessing the symptoms, he ordered a replacement part. The part arrived a few days later and it was installed. Unfortunately with electronic appliances is that technology evolve very fast and the part caused new malfunctioning on the older machine. AHS immediately initiated replacement of the appliance, which I regard as excellent service delivery.

    ProConnect sent reminders leading up to the appt. The morning of, they called to let me know what time, and I was hoping it would be a little sooner, but I was fine with the time. They came an hour early - plenty of time for me to get to my appt after they left!! ProConnect sensed the concern in my voice and they came as soon as they could. I really appreciated that!! 😃
