    Annual fall inspection of our HVAC system. Very personable, prompt, took pictures showing wear that may cause problems down the line. Did a very good job of explaining things.

    If I could give this company a zero rating I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I set up this appointment on July 5th for the time frame between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.. I took off work for the day so I could be here for the appointment. Well, the time frame between 8:00 a.m. And 10:00 a.m. came in gone and at 11:30 a.m. we received a phone call from their customer service asking if the technician had been to our home yet. We let them know that they have not been to our home yet... They did reach out a few more times but unfortunately was not able to answer as we went about our day since our time window had come and gone and our kids had appointments. A technician never showed to our house. Set up a new appointment for the following day with a different phone number as my husband works and was not able to answer. We set it up under my phone. They canceled our appointment and said that they tried to call and they could not reach us. They did not call the number and when I reached out they said it was never on file. This company is a waste of time and I would not recommend them to anybody. And then the girl named Abby reaches out to me and says you should probably find a new provider. Absolutely, I will be glad to find a new provider because your service sucks.

    We used our free HVAC service for the year. They inspected both our AC and heater. Setting up the appointment was easy and they were on time. No complaints.

    This company is shady. If I could give negative stars I would. Booked a same day appointment from 3-5pm. Called the main number at 5:05pm asking for the status. The woman places me on hold, comes back and said the technician wasn’t responding and she would call me back. At 5:30pm, I call back, get a different person who still can’t get ahold of the technician. He told me he’d call me back. Get a text at 7:36pm saying my appointment was canceled.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Dishwasher repair. Not Draining. Came out. Said hose was clogged. Broke off end of hose trying to unclog it by hitting it on my railroad tie wall. Left and returned with new hose. Installed. Ran cycle on dishwasher and still not draining. Called in. Would send technician back out a week later. Called morning of appointment by technician asking to pay in cash. Called American Home Shield. Told that was not policy. Would send out new technician. Contacted 8:00 night before appointment that nobody could come out, rescheduled for two days later with window of arrival between 9:30-11:30. Called at 11:10 to say technician could not come out. Cancelled service. Asked for full refund. Told diagnostic fee would not be refunded. POOR SERVICE. CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS. WANTING CASH PAYMENT. THIS IS A SCAM OPERATION. BEWARE.

    My experience was pre-season inspection of my A/C equipment to check for any issues that would need to be addressed in order to have my equipment operating good and safely. Nick contacted me prior to his arrival, told me what to expect from his inspection and changed out my filters (they were due). He cleaned the equipment and said everything was in good order. The visit was about 30 minutes. I was very comfortable with his assessment.

    Literally the most useless service ever. The first time they came out and told me they couldn’t get a part and it was discontinued. Well, I managed to find the part and have it shipped to my house within a week. So we scheduled another appointment between 1-3pm for them to come and fit the part. After no one showed and no call by 3pm I called them, got put on hold and was told they would call me back in 5 minutes. No one did. So I called again, same outcome. I gave up. Avoid this service.

    Probably the worst experience I've had with a home services company. They rescheduled the diagnostic appointment on me twice with no apology. I got automated appointment reminder texts with wrong information. The technician who did the diagnostic was unprofessional, and probably unqualified. He told me my oven is working fine, when I can clearly hear that the gas is turning on and off while it's supposed to be on. Against my better judgment, I had him order the parts for my stove. After more rescheduling and misleading texts and voicemails, I decided to cancel. I was told I would be refunded in 7-10 business days. I realized a few months later that I was never refunded. I called and was told that I would be called back. That took a week. Finally the rep said sorry I never processed your refund, please mail us a voided check because that's the only way we can do this since it's been so long since the cancellation. And now I finally get the refund, and it's $70 less than what I paid. I know there is a restocking fee or whatever, but after all they put me through, they should have given me the full amount back. Awful customer experience from beginning to end.

    This was our first time and the service was great. Not only was it super easy to schedule but the technician was right on time. He repaired an issue with our fridge and we asked if he could also check our oven while he was already there (he just charged us the diagnostic fee for the oven). We have never had a gas oven and it had a strong fire smell. He checked it to make sure it was safe and showed us how to remove an additional panel to clean it out ourselves which solved the issue. We will definitely call again for appliance service the next time we need it.

    I wish I could write this review about a service I received, but I can’t. Our washing machine hasn’t been working the last few days so we used their online booking to secure our appointment to get it fixed to which we scheduled for 8am on a Monday. We then received a phone call at 7:20am on Monday again stating that their isn’t a technician available in our area and the appointment will need to be canceled. We asked when there would be a tech and we were told in 2 weeks. We get it, everything is backed up and there’s no say to when it’ll get better, but please don’t inform me about my appointment 40 minutes prior and tell me that it cannot happen so that we could plan accordingly. And now, we are without the machine for even longer.
