Marcus came out today and listened to what the air issue was and diagnosed it as a drain problem. He was even gracious enough to stick around and wait in his truck to be sure the system did not turn off again before he left. Great job.

My ancient condensing unit (30+ years) finally bit the dust so I got estimates from 3 contractors who were rated highly on Angie's List to replace the outside unit and the evap coil (didn't include furnace because it's only 3 years old). AirMasters won my business based on competitive pricing, professionalism and customer service. They were also able to schedule the installation quickly once I made up my mind to go with them ... I texted Kevin (he's awesome!) late on a Tuesday afternoon, he stopped by Wednesday morning to jot down some notes and take a few pictures of my existing equipment/setup, and I got my new AC on Thursday. The two guys who came out to install the new unit were great as well. On time, clean, polite and patient (I asked a lot of questions). Solid work, inside and out.

Not only were they able to get me on the schedule after my AC stopped working during a hot summer weekend, someone was able to come sooner than the initial block of time I was quoted. Very professional. Fixed the problem and explained everything in detail. Very happy to have the AC working again.

I gave used Airmasters for 13 years and they are always to help when I call. Last summer when my air conditioner died right before July 4th weekend, they came out and installed a loaner until a new one could be ordered. Since my elderly father lived with us, I really appreciated that.
