I had the most amazing experience today with Airmasters. Rick and Ryan came over today within the first 15 min of my appointment window. I had a bad experience the prior day with a competitor and I told them I felt like I was being scammed into buying a new unit. They were very kind and took pictures for me so I could see the things I was concerned about. They did a thorough review of my entire system and concluded that my system was functioning just fine and all I really needed was a tune-up. This company is the truth. Rick and Ryan were honest, educational, and efficient. I felt like I had family with me looking out for my best interests. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

Air Masters was highly recommended to me, and proved to deserve it. Scott was thorough and knowledgeable, and he worked hard in the heat to figure out what was wrong.

Four months after my new unit (with which I’m extremely pleased) was installed, Jeff came out today for a service check. He was timely, friendly, and thorough—customer relations makes Airmasters superior. Six-star service!

Showed up on time and checked everything out thoroughly. He was also very friendly and personable. I've had other service techs in the past (not the Airmasters folks) who had a surly, almost antagonistic attitude. Not the case with the Airmasters people I have dealt with over the past few years. Jeff was very helpful and answered all my questions.

These are the best in keeping your furnace going all year and come in plenty of time to have your furnace ready for the next season. They come out twice a year and give it a good cleaning and checkup, and change the filter on the unit. There were other problems that had to be remedied before broke on me and Ryan took care of the problem then. Ryan did an excellent job and also explained what he did. He was very polite and even my fur babies like him. Thank you Ryan and Air Masters.

AirMasters is great! My family has trusted them with keeping us comfortable for years! They respond very quickly when you need them. They even came to my house on a Sunday when the AC quit working in the middle of the summer. I highly recommend them! Gavin, Rick, Jeff, and everyone else are are a great crew!!

As always Air Masters, Inc provides rapid and competent service. Stuart was our service representative today. He phoned our house at least 1/2 hour before the scheduled maintenance appointment and arrived on time. He was polite, friendly, neat and provided excellent service.

Chris has been doing my service maintenance for years and is always very professional and nice! I trust him and the work he does! Airmasters has great customer service and is always willing to help me with whatever I need. I highly recommend them!

I am so very shocked that this company has a 5 rating ... .I schedule a consultation for my heating unit..
The young man was professional and polite ... He isn't the issue ... After speaking with him ... He came back in and my unit was already running.....he looked in the unit ... The foam on the back of the door was loose ... Told me he would spray some adhesive..... That's it... No work.... No tools removed from the van ...... After sitting in the van for about 20 minutes ... Present a bill for a minimum work service ... $150......for adhesive spray ... On a running unit .. But the company was willing to wave the $76 consultation fee .... REALLY YOU ARE CHARGING ME $150....FOR ADHESIVE SPRAY . Really sweet of you to give me a break .... At no point was I told that I was going to have a charge of $150......the young man was understanding of my anger.... .spoke to his supervisor..... Who was gracious enough to drop the price to $107.....for a single spray of adhesive on a running unit ..... As for their ratings... . I can't be the only one who was raked over the coals.. .. I was very willing to pay for the service call....I don't believe that a company who does this to new customer..... And what I consider strong arming me ... I can't not be the single person ... It's despicable ... You are warned.... And by the way ..... My unit is not running ... They WILL NOT be called back.... This company should be ashamed . . It's ridiculous ..

I am happy to say that this matter was cleared up.... Although, I am still shocked by that charge ... It was refunded.... The owner spoke with me and corrected the issue ... The technician was a wonderful guy ... I appreciate the time and assistance he gave me after returning to my home.. The rating was accurate at the time of first post .. . It was handled quickly and professionally .... I will be happy to recommend them to anyone ... Thanks again....

Greatest experience every time. My wife and I are customers for life. Very easy and very convenient. We had to have our AC unit replaced and the entire process was a breeze. Plus the extended warranty provides a cushion for future inspections/maintenance if required. Fantastic company with great people.
