Jason was courteous and accomplished all that was required for our seasonal tune-up visit PLUS a couple small items that I requested on the spot. Have used other HVAC services in the past but have employed A/M continually for ~15 years. They do what they say they'll do - and when they say they'll do it. Air Masters is highly recommended.

The caliber of Technician provided by AirMasters has exceeded our expectations, not only in competence (which, of course, is of primary importance) but also in the "customer friendly" attitude that each has displayed. Ryan is competent, thorough, and very personable... a credit to your company.

Marcus was very knowledgeable and spoke confidently and clearly about the various systems and the advantages of each. He answered all of our questions and anticipated what we didn't know to ask. He laid out everything very plainly so that we could see clearly the decision we are facing. This is no small task. He took something that seemed overwhelming and made it much less intimidating. But Marcus went above and beyond but not once, but twice looking for better pricing. The second time involved a call to the president of the company. He was modest and said he had time to kill before his next service call, but I really appreciated him going the extra mile, because he certainly didn't have to. My experience with Marcus will stay with me... and I will certainly be more likely to recommend Airmasters to others.

Service on my air conditioner was great, as always. My technician went above and beyond--even killing a yellow jacket for me which came in the door with him. He is always polite and on time. What more could you ask?

We've been using Air Masters for over 5 years for our air conditioning and heating checkups and maintenance. Have never had a bad experience with any service technician. They are always courteous and explain everything in very simple terms, both on the phone and onsite. We finally had to have our systems replaced in January of this years after 28 years. The team that removed the old systems and installed the new were absolutely terrific. They worked extremely hard for the 5-6 hours they were here. I would highly recommend Air Masters.

We have used AirMasters for the last 15 years and cannot say enough good things about their customer service, timeliness, and expertise. No high pressure upsales either. During a service call 4 years ago, a new system was recommended, but not mandatory at that time. Well, now it is time and Marcus W. has been wonderful to work with. He's very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all our questions. Again, no high pressure upsales; just the facts and lots of options. We cannot thank y'all enough for your wonderful team!!

I have used AirMasters for many years. They technically are excellent. Recently I had a unit develop a problem shortly after it went out of full parts and labor warranty. I called and spoke to Gavin who told he'd speak to Don the owner and get back to me. He did, in few minutes he called me back and told me not to worry that they were going standby by me and take care of it. Gavin who set it all up and Don (the owner) and Rick the tech who did the install were all GREAT! . To find a company in this day and age that is HONEST and stands by it's work like this is unbelievably wonderful. Air Masters will certainly be doing the installation of my third unit that is over 17 yrs old ready for replacement. To the whole AirMasters Family, I can' thank you enough.

We have had an annual contract with Air Masters for a number of years now--not sure, I think 4 years. This is the second emergency we have gone through with air masters. The first emergency occurred two or three years ago when our heating system failed when my husband was out of town and there was such a difficult ice storm that the entire city except for emergency service workers had stopped. The heating system went out in our house in Fayette County in the early evening and by the next morning Air Masters had come out, made the repair and charged a fair price. The worker even had to retrace half of his "steps" in the car because of the ice storm before he got to us. This time our a/c system leaked in the attic, putting water on the ceiling. It occurred on a weekend. Air Masters response (Mike) was prompt. caring, compassionate, empathic and made us feel that Air Master's interest is in the long term relationship not a "quick buck".
