My phone call was responded to in less than an hour. Your representative was polite, cheerful, efficient and very professional. Resolved our problem promptly and made future recommendations and was a pleasure to deal with. Also, the office manager was delightful.

Stuart was great! He did a thorough inspection of our units for the spring and made sure we were ready for the hot Memphis weather coming our way. He also alerted us to a potential wasp problem outside near our condenser that we weren’t aware of, so bonus points for going above and beyond! He even put our thermostat back to where it had been and took extra care not to bring chemicals through the house to protect us and our dog. Highly recommend this company for taking care of us for years!

These guys have been great to work with. I definitely recommend Airmasters. Last year after all those storms hit Memphis our AC went out (right when it was getting really hot, too) . They met with us quickly and replaced our unit faster than they said they would. Their employees are polite and knowledgeable.

The technician came on time, went immediately to work and performed a detailed checkup on our system. He was dressed well in uniform, used the shoe covers and was very pleasant to deal with. Overall I think they've lost their conviction throughout the years. Through time I've noticed that the quality of their technicians has degraded. Seems that they have a difficult time keeping the good ones. The dispatcher in the office is very forgetful. Used to be a place were I didn't feel like just another person. Used to feel like they genuinely enjoyed dealing with people. I guess the world is changing and it's all about money. At times I feel like they probably practice strategies to up sale customers. They always have a different pitch about every year.

Airmasters does great work. We have no worries when we call them. They are professional in every way. Ryan is an excellent tech. We call Airmasters to send Ryan for routine services or larger climate needs.

My air went out yesterday afternoon. I called AirMasters for service and they were able to schedule me for today at 1PM. Pretty quick turnaround in my opinion for this time of year. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and professional.

The technician called me at 12:30PM to confirm the appointment and was at my house by 1PM - exactly on time. He was very professional, went right to work, and had my problem diagnosed and repaired quickly. He took the time to show me what the problem was and what he had done to fix it.

I was very impressed with the service I received and would recommend this company.

AirMasters replaced both my HVAC Units last year. Install was amazing and fast. They came back out in Spring 2020 to perform the AC Tune up and just today for the Heating Tune up. Ryan is awesome. On time, polite, efficient. Just a great guy. I highly recommend AirMasters of Bartlett.
