My AC system on 2nd floor just didn't work this Spring. When I realized it, it was already getting hot. So I tried to find someone who could install for us with reliability and timely. Luckily I found Poteet. Leo and his guys are very experienced technicians and they make sure the things out of their hands are 100% fine and customers are satisfied. Along the process of pricing, installation, and service after that, I would say this experience makes me feel good.

Poteet did a great job when our AC went out this spring. They were able to come out the same day we called in the order. Davin came out and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it in reasonable time and was very respectful of our home. Recommend this company and technician highly!

I contacted Poteet Heating & Air on a Saturday afternoon after calling three other companies.
I texted Leo a video of the Freon leak to get a second opinion. Leo was the first technician that agreed with me that the fine tube leak looked like it could be “brazed” and that I didn’t need to replace the whole “reversing value” for $1,200!

Leo was on time, professional, and a true craftsman who can creatively solve problems.
Leo repaired the leak with a weld the very next Monday and saved me $450 on the unnecessary replacement of the valve.

Poteet Heating and Air are very professional. I took advantage of their summer special and the technician called 30 minutes before he arrived. Once he got to my house, Jordan was very personable and professional. He made sure to check my a/c, he cleaned it out, and was HONEST about the condition of my a/c unit. I honestly expected a sales pitch, but instead, Jordan informed me that all looks well and proper maintenance will keep everything running smooth. I would definitely recommend Poteet Heating and Air to all my friends and family.

We were very pleased with Poteet Heat & Air's rapid response to our heating issue. We purchased a home with a 23 yr. old heat pump which we knew would need replacing. Poteet H&A came to our rescue when the unit failed its first below freezing test, its defroster went out. Poteet
arrived within 90 minutes of our early Monday morning call to them and helped us understand the unit's issue and its cost to repair. We chose to replace and within days, because of our schedule, we had a new unit installed and upgraded some of the ducting. Poteet Heat and Air quickly responded to our need to heat our rental this Winter and came out to give us an estimate and then did the installation the next day. They paid close attention to details and made sure it looked good and functioned as expected. We hope to use them again to service our other rentals!

On a Friday afternoon our upstairs A/C unit failed. I quickly called around to try to get on a schedule, but everywhere I called I was told it would be Monday before I could be seen. I was very fortunate to find Poteet. Within 20 minutes of me calling, they had dispatched Paxton who quickly diagnosed the issue (bad capacitor) and had it repaired and working again very quickly.

I struggled to find an HVAC company that I could trust and wouldn’t overcharge me. I went the “DIY” route which didn’t work out so well. I was then referred to Poteet Heat & Air who was very responsive to my AC problem. After they fixed my AC, I can’t be happier that I was referred to them.
