Poteet Heat and Air

Davin and Tim came out and installed my unit. They were very friendly and professional. I originally called during a rain storm on a Monday. Davin diagnosed the issue in the pouring rain. He was very careful not to dirty my floors and cleaned up after himself. After the diagnostic they came and repaired it 2 days later. With a parts and labor warranty. I am very pleased and will definitely use them again if needed.

I recently took advantage of Poteet Heat & Air's Summer Special. A member of their team came to my home and ensured that my heating (natural gas) and cooling systems were performing at optimal levels. The team member cleaned our AC unit and performed a general inspection. He was very professional (asked permission to enter the home), courteous (yes, ma'am) and friendly. I was pleased with the service and requested an additional service appointment to, perhaps, expand my system into my basement.

Poteet was fantastic! They worked diligently to replace our system. The crew was very polite. Davin explained everything thoroughly. So glad we chose your company for this major replacement to our home.

Mr.Leo Poteet and his service technician (Paxton) came out and worked on my 31 year old unit, yes I said 31 years old! I thought for sure when they got here they'd say you need a new one. But, to my surprise they fixed this one! Amazed how professional, honest, and nice they are. I would recommend to everyone. Love these guys!

Davin and Nate were The technicians fromPetite heat and air that came to my home today. They were on time, They were professional , friendly and Seemed knowledgeable. They took care of our air conditioning needs and I would call this Company again.

We came home from running errands around 8:00p.m. and our A/C was blowing hot air. The temp in the house was 78 degrees and climbing! We called and they had someone here in about 15 minutes. They Fixed the problem right away!! We was expecting to pay way more money than we did but they were very reasonable!!! I highly recommend this company for ALL your A/C needs!!!! Awesome job and super friendly!!!!

Hands down the best business in town. Leo was upfront and honest with what he was doing for us. He and employees were always on time and did a great job. They will always have our business. This is a family business that will take care of yours.

Can’t express in words how great these guys were!! The technician was super polite and professional. The owner treated me like a human and not just a walking dollar sign. When they realized the part needed wouldn’t be available till Monday, they left us with loaner space heaters. Even though the job took longer than expected, they honored the price originally quoted. These days, value, trust and honesty are a real big deal. We found all of these with this company. Could not recommend them more!

From start to finish, we had great service. Paxton came out the morning I called. By lunch the next day, he and Tim had installed our new unit. Very pleased!
