This is where I buy things for my home. Been buying from them to or years. Have always been polite,helpful.

They are prompt to help me when I needed them and they are very competent. I have used then for over 15 yrs and never had a complaint. They know that I have been very ill for the last ten years and they do not hesitate to come see us when we need them. They are extremely dependable.

Responded quickly and knew immediately what the issue was. Fixed in 5 mins. I was the lucky one

Do not do business with this company beware I bought a mobile home they put a brand new unit in it and says it only got one year warranty what a joke now their unit has failed within a year-and-a-half and they want to charge me to come out and fix it when I used to work for City Heating and Air you got a 10 year warranty with every new unit just tell me don't come with a jar of Vaseline that's for sure then the lady wanted me to schedule a appointment for next week you think if somebody gets $7,000 they could stand behind their product I would save you your headache and your money take your business to somewhere else like Central City heating and air or city Heating and Air I learnt my lesson you go cheap you get cheap
