Poteet Heat and Air

We could not be more impressed with Poteet! We called in the afternoon when our thermostat went out and they sent a technician-Davin-out the same afternoon. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue promptly at a great price! We will be using Poteet again for sure. Very reasonable priced. Davin and Paxton came to my house to install a gas line. This is the second line I've had installed by poteet. Very nice quality work, very helpful in setting the appliance up to the gas. Explained how to operate the appliance on both occasions. Took my phone call to answer a few questions the next day after the work was performed. They're definitely about quality and not quantity, would recommend them hands down from my previous experiences.

Leo and his crew installed 2 York units at our home about a year ago. He was very fair on pricing and gave honest thoughtful advice and told me all the options. I saw that he came to the house to supervise the job and his crew was efficient and respectful with us and our home. We love the job they did and happy with our purchase. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I had them come out to inspect the outside units for questions I had and dealt with Paxton. He was knowledgeable, friendly and open. Answered all my questions and came out free of charge to look at things, which in my experience has been a rarity.

I called Poteet because I saw the great ratings online, and I wasn't disappointed . They were professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly. I'd never purchased an HVAC unit and was dreading it. But these guys made it easy.
They came out for a second opinion to make sure my old unit was really dead (which after 27 years it finally gave up lol), and they were able to install the new one the same day. The financing was super easy and a great deal. Pricing is competitive and worth the nicer brand. They're a family owned business and it felt nice to support the local economy. I highly recommend.

Have nothing but amazing things to say about Poteet Heat and Air. My company called them very last minute for a big project that we had started at an apartment complex. We had an HVAC contractor originally doing the work but they failed to show up on time and did not use the required technology needed therefore they did not finish the job. Leo, Devon and the rest of the Poteet team promptly agreed to commit to a few days when my team called, did a web demo same day in order to know how to use our technology and they got to work the next day. They got exactly everything done that we needed to do and had great communication between my team and the client on site. Very happy that they were there to turn a bad situation around and my team would be looking forward to using Poteet for any future jobs as well!

Poteet scheduled a technician who arrived 3 hours after my call. I was very impressed with Davin, who is courteous and knowledgeable. He correctly diagosed the problem, explained the options and cost of each, and had my AC operating properly shortly after. The price was reasonable, and I am completely satisfied with my experience from my initial call to completion. I will definitely keep using Poteet.
