Action Air

I appreciate the knowledge, conscientiousness, professionalism, and courtesy of Chris. I like having the same technician each time because he knows our HVAC systems.

As always, professional, thorough, competent and on time! Happy to have Action Air as my HVAC provider/maintainer.

My system failed. I called Action Air at 8:05am. By 11am a service tech was here. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it working in short order

The install was excellent. Friendly crew, good cleanup after finished. Answered my many questions.

The work was done promptly and professionally by the service tech, when he arrived. I was waiting to hear from the service tech as I’d been over the phone that I was scheduled first thing when I called to verify. Imagine my surprise and dismay when I finally get a call saying they would have to reschedule the service! I asked why and the lady said because it was rainy and they couldn’t open the unit up in the rain. I informed her that unit was a gas furnace- one they’d installed new 10 years ago-and that the unit was in the garage. She said, oh, well we’ll try to be there sometime today. I told her that wouldn’t work as I’d already made plans based on being told I was scheduled first thing. The service tech called at 9 AM to say he was 15 minutes out. This is not the first time they’ve Called to tell me the day of the scheduled service, not even the second, but the third or fourth. Seriously considering looking for another heating and air company just because I can’t depend on them showing at the promised time.

Matt was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and personable. I will ask for him the next time I need service.

Action Air has been consistently responsive and provides professional, friendly and quality service. Justin (our Tech) has exceeded expectations in providing quality and timely service for our two units.

The service tech, Matt, called first and arrived on time. He listened to the description of my issue , then examined the system. He explained the problem and the fix, then implemented. Very thorough and professional. I signed up for their annual maintenance plan, which has several good benefits. As a retired member of the HVAC industry, I found both Action Air and Matt to be a very good source for my HVAC service needs.
