Action Air

Action Air has outstanding service and techs! I was able to get next day service and the tech,Alvin, was personable, easy to talk to and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and in less than an hour, had the unit working again. I will continue to use Action Air in the future and will recommend them to all.

Action Air has saved us!! Our air went out a day ago and my family had a sleepless night due to the heat. Action Air came out the next morning and it took the tech less than an hour to get the air up and running again! He was polite and professional! Thank you so much for the great service!

Our AC was out. When we called late on Friday morning, the furst available appointment was Monday. That's understandable, but I was not looking forward to a hot weekend. Without my even asking for it, they were able to fit me in fir same-day service. The technicians arrived 20 minutes later, enroute to another appointment, and fortunately were able to get it running again within five minutes! Then, they gave me advice on what to look for if it happened again and added value by reminding me that I have not yetscheduled my preventive maintenance appointment. They were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. I couldn't ask for better service!

I called Action Air at 8:00 pm last night, within 20 minutes the on-call technician (Chris) was calling me and walking me through things to check. Quickly ruled out that a fuse was blown on the board, replaced fuse and called the technician back. This didn’t fix the issue, but helped to determine where the issue was. He said he would let them know at the office in the morning to send someone out. Fast forward to this morning, tech called me and said he was on his way at 8:15 am. Quickly figured out the issue and installed the new part and was repaired in about 30 minutes. I also have the Action Air maintenance program and that saved me over $100 today alone. Couldn’t ask for better service! Thanks to Chris and Patty at Action Air for being so easy to work with and getting my air fixed so quickly!

Action air went above and beyond with our service. We’re new homeowners in the area and really wanted to go with a local company when we started having issues with our AC. We called a few places and some of the more corporate businesses could have come out sooner, but we stuck with our gut and toughed it out a few extra days to be able to go with action air. Kevin came out on Monday the 15th to perform some leak tests and ultimately didn’t find anything and gave us a refrigerant refill. Two days later, we woke to find the temperature in our house was rising and the unit was freezing up again. We called the office to inform them of what was going on, and even though they were booked up until Monday, Kevin made it a priority to get out just a couple hours later to perform a different leak test as well as fill our Freon up again. Shana and Patty were also so helpful and kind every time we had to talk to them on the phone. I 100000% recommend this company and will continue to use them for years to come for any needs that arise!

Matt T came today and was very professional. He answered some questions and gave easy answers. Very cordial. Very much on time. Installed a small item and then performed a check and cleaning update on each of our two units. Have purchased an annual maintenance and cleaning package as well. Well done.

I have used Action Air for many years. Would not use anyone else.! They are the best. JUSTIN does a wonderful job. I’m very happy with my 20 plus years of experience with this company.

Mark Kirby provided Excellent service. He took ample time checking my heating system, and explained what he was doing each step in the maintenance check process. Mark was pleasant and treated me like a valued customer. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will always ask for and prefer Mark to do the work. He is a valuable contributor as an employee of Action Air.

Wes Horn was the technician working on my heat and was awesome! Unfortunately my mother board went out in the unit. Wes was very attentive and courteous throughout the process. Action Air is lucky to have someone like him on their team. Thank you Action Air and thank you Wes for all the help!

We have used Action Air for years and will continue to do so. Bought a new house recently with a "home warranty". The guy they sent was useless and they refused to cover the repair. Spent a month arguing with them to no avail with no AC. I should've called action to begin with. Lesson learned. They have a lifetime customer here!
