Action Air

I called Action Air on Friday due to problem with heat pump. On Monday morning
Chris came to my home and did a check on
My hear pump. He found the unit to be functioning properly. Chris was professional
And friendly and explained how heat pumps
Work. I was very impressed with the company. I will make them my go to for heating and air service on the future.

I have always had good experiences with action air. The techs are very experienced and have kept my systems in tip top shape for many years.

I used Action Air to replace a HVAC blower motor that seized up and over-heated from age. They arrived on-time, made the repair (with no up-selling attempts) and fixed my issue quickly. Five stars, will use again when the need arises.

Outstanding service with professional and respectful staff that treat your home & system as if it were their own. Justin in particular is who I will have as my professional going forward. Highly recommend!

Showed up on time and fixed the problem same day during heat wave. This is busy time of year and i was surprised they where able to come out the day i called. Will always use these guys

The receptionist, Patty, was friendly and made an appointment for the next morning. The tech that showed up was friendly and professional. Our system was refilled with freon and working correctly in less than 30 minutes. We will use Action Air in the future when it is needed.

I’ve been a customer w/Action Air for years. The techs are wonderful. I’ve had repairs done in the past & have never had an issue w/their work. I also use their monthly agreement where they contact me when seasonal maintenance is necessary.

Techs at AA know their stuff..I moved from Houston in 2012. i went through at least four services before I found the right people to perform the right work. Being consistent, reliable and knowledgeable of many systems is important. So many HVAC services are not. ACTION AIR is an exception in a see of local mediocrity. I never meet an AA tech that doesnt feel like I have known him for years.. Needless to say, but I must: simply, the best.

Could not ask for a better bunch of people, polite, very knowledgeable. They always let you know when they are on their way. And they usually don’t quit until the problem is solved. I wouldn’t use any place else.
