Update: Then (a year later) used them for PLUMBING problem. Shawn came out to help us and was amazing! Explained everything well, included options and up-front with costs and timelines. Then fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Shawn was great. Also, showed up within appointment window and the office contacts you to give you updates!

Called in the morning about a thermostat issue, “Dodi” was very professional and friendly over the phone. They had someone out by lunchtime, diagnosed quickly and had replacements in the truck ready to install. Chris and Austin were great. This company will have my HVAC and plumbing business for the foreseeable future!

Our service agent, Kyle, what above and beyond help me to understand, corrected all the problems we had. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend him.

They were good at first, but something happened about a year ago and the last time they were here, they were trying to pull some shameful sales tactics. Trying to use fear to manipulate people.

Like “The total comes to $1200 (it was about that) You really need to schedule this now, but if you want to take the risk of the unit going out in the middle of winter and it takes months to repair, you’re welcome to do that.”

Gag! 🤮

There was ultimately an issue that did manifest but all it took was a new $85 thermostat.

The last time they came out, the techs that used to work for the company and that I was expecting to see, no longer worked there, and these were new. I inquired about this and the management structure had changed.

Will never use them again.

Always a great experience with Mid State, we have been using them for 2 years now and they have continued to perform the maintenance on our rental property! Jackson was knowledgeable and very efficient in getting our issue resolved today. We will be using him in the future!
