Plumbing. Installed new sink and garbage disposal. Also replaced shutoff valve to water line. We have been MidState customers for nearly 30 years of great service!

The team listened to my concerns about air flow to a room. They explained possible solutions but did not pressure me to make a decision.
They were courteous and efficient. Shannon and Jacob were very helpful.
Shawn came to check a plumbing issue and explained his assessment of the problem. It is now resolved.
The team membership is a great way to ensure maintenance and reduce repair cost.

Adam did a phenomenal job inspecting and repairing items requiring attention on our furnace today. I bought an HVAC unit from MidState in2021 after accepting bids from 8 different companies! They were not the least expensive nor were they the most expensive. The unit I received was higher rated SEER and reliability than what the other bidders had recommended. I recently had a problem with it and Kyle responded within 2 hours. It was a minor issue that was taken care of in less than 30 minutes. They did not charge me for this timely repair due to warranty coverage. They did not charge me the service call fee even though they could have. This is a great company with outstanding technicians like Kyle who backs the products they sell! Trust me when I say I did my homework before buying a new unit. I highly recommend calling them for repairs or replacement needs!

Our technician Jacob arrived at the very start of the time frame. He was very extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend!

We had Jacob come over a few weeks ago to help us out when the metal flashing forming the seal between our house and ac unit somehow got bent and we were getting “visitors” through the hole. It was not a fun time for us, but he came over quickly, and not only reattached and glued down the flashing, but also fabricated/attached some “sides” that made it impossible for anything to even get behind or underneath the unit in the future. He was super sweet, respectful of our home and did a great job! Thanks, Jacob!

Jose, our technician was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He checked out our air conditioning/heating unit. A couple of things need replaced and he took care of them at the same appt. 5 star service and technician all the way!
