Cody was my HVAC person and as noted he was professional courteous and knowledgeable. Purchased the annual club membership as it truly is a great value! Highly recommend Mid-State for all your HVAC and plumbing needs.

I’ve been with Mid-State for years now. Daniel has been the best service technician and the one who always comes out for service and maintenance so he knows my system’s history. He keeps on top of necessary repairs and does not try to “upsell” unnecessary products or service. They replaced my entire HVAC system in 2022 that was 16 years old. I appreciate the integrity of this company and Daniel! .

We had Mid state come out for a mid year checkup, they brought it to our attention that our unit had settled and we had an opening.
Chris recommended a repair and got it done by the end of the day!

Kyle was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was respectful to my property and my time. He discussed any concerns he found during the inspection and showed pictures of what needed attention. The repair that was needed was covered under my warranty and Mid-State was able to send out another technician to fix the electrical issue within a couple hours. I have always been happy with Mid-State's service and would definitely recommend them.

My heat went out in a rental unit I own. I have used MidState previously so I called them for help. Fortunately they were able to come out and replace the unit that same cold day in January. My tenants are very happy with the unit praising it for the quiet way it runs. I found Shannon Clark to be so very knowledgeable about the units and the prices and warranty. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shannon and Mid State Heat and Air to anyone needing their services.

Shannon and Jose were prompt, courteous, and professional. During my annual HVAC checkup, they noted a couple of components needing replacement. They showed me the damaged components before repair, and were able to complete the repair quickly. Great service!

Jacob came out today to service my 4 units. He was very polite, timely, and knowledgeable. He did a great job!

I've used Mid-State for a couple of years now for HVAC inspections. Matthew came out this last time. He was friendly and covered all of the bases as far as I could tell. Mid-State usually has recommended some additional installations. Some of these including a surge protector and hard start capacitor have been important suggestions I believe. Other suggestions such as UV and electric filtering I am not convince are worth the cost. As with all things like this, it's a bit hard to know what is really necessary and what is more just up sell. I have felt that Mid-State's prices are a bit high though probably in line for a larger, professional company of this size. That said, they do sell a "subscription" which includes 2 inspections per year along with service discounts. Overall, I expect I will continue to use them to service my HVAC and will likely choose them when it comes time to replace my HVAC unit.
