Water heater was leaking into our garage and we scheduled a 2 hour window for a tech to come do a site survey and work quote.

We scheduled a time with them and I had to keep calling every hour during my window for updates after being notified a tech was coming out and kept being told another 40 minutes to a 1 hour. It eventually got too late for them to do repairs because of our baby sleeping so we had to call and cancel. I scheduled a time later in the week in case we couldn't find someone to come out sooner. They called us the next day and had an opening so they had the techs come out early.They were very professional and informative from that point. They showed me exact numbers before doing any of the work. No hidden fees or charges, everything was presented up front. They did exactly what they said they were charging for and they applied a generous military discount. If it wasn't for the appointment issues the day prior, it would be a 5 star review.

I had a great experience today! My service guy, Mike was knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. He repaired my a/c and even though I hadn't kept up with tune ups (even though I'm a club member) he explained to me why it's so important AND stayed extra time and took care of that too! He convinced me next time I get a reminder in the mail to call.

We noticed that our water heater was leaking this past Sunday afternoon and I called Mid-State to see if they might be able to help us out. My phone call was answered immediately and a plumber was at my house about 1/2 hour after I placed the call. (I would have been shocked at that response speed on any day of the week, but it was especially surprising on a Sunday afternoon.) Monty, the plumber, looked at our water heater and told us we would need a new one. (We knew this was coming because the water heater was about 12 years old.) I expected we would need to wait a few days for it to be replaced, but he had one on his truck and replaced it right then and there! To top it off, he gave us what I consider an affordable price and answered every question we had. I was so pleased with our experience with Mid-State and we will be using them--and Monty--for our plumbing services in the future. Thanks Mid-State!

The folks at Mid State did a wonderful job of walking me through the options of buying a new HVAC unit. They took the time to ensure proper sizing of my unit and stepped me through all my options. They even came out to see if repair of the existing unit was the best option. The sales associate, Chris, was friendly, professional, and certainly not pushy. By the end of interaction I felt like Mid State was going to take good care of us. The most impressive part was their warranty...no other bidder I dealt with could/would come close to matching it. 5 stars great company...support your Fairview Businesses if you can.

After meeting with other contractors Mid-State just felt like the right way to go and I am glad I chose to use them. They where very professional and did an excellent job. Chris was excellent and made sure I understood everything. The installer was great. He told me he was not happy with the way the pad looked and would be back to make it look really nice. He came back and everything looks nice and is working great. Great company and I would highly recommended them.

Kile, plumbing tech, was AWESOME!!!
I had an issue with a noise coming from the water heater. Kile explained what was happening and why it was happening. He spent a few minutes and took me to "Plumbing School" and I appreciated every second of it. He didn't try to upsale me but did advise me on what to look for and listen for to determine if and when a replacement part would be necessary. He even laughed at my jokes! Honesty and integrity is truly what I got from Kile. AWESOME!

To diagnose the problem and had the replacement part on the truck. They had our unit back up and running after being without it for a few days in the heat. We will definitely be using Mid State again and for all of our HVAC needs!

We used Midstate at the recommendation of a neighbor… And we’re glad we did. Not only was our technician – Jim – very friendly, knowledgeable and professional… But he saved us $600 by letting us know that the part we needed to repair our unit was still under warranty. We will absolutely be using Midstate again for all of our future HVAC needs.
