Jacob came out today for a regular maintenance visit. He was on time for the visit and extremely conscientious and thorough with the inspection and cleaning of my system. He was friendly and respectful of me and my property, ensuring to wear shoe covers in the house and pad the feet of the attic ladder to protect my wood floor. He was able to answer all of my questions easily and with confidence. Also compliments to the office staff, they are always friendly and helpful when I have called in for service.

We are beyond thrilled with Mid-State! We called regarding an issue with our system and they were able to come out same day to inspect the issue. They then returned with replacement parts in two days and we are so grateful for their sense of urgency, especially during these cold months! Shannon, Kyle, and Oliver were very professional and thorough and we are grateful for their knowledge and expertise!

Mid-State was a very pleasant experience to work with. Everyone from taking my call to completing the repair was super friendly and polite. They were at my house within 1 hour of me calling and had my heating system repaired and operational in no time. The technician Kyle was very knowledgeable and professional, letting me know all of my options. I'll definitely use them again!

I've been working with them for just over 7 years and the HVAC system they installed has run very well, with the exception of one part that stopped operating a couple of years ago. I called and they were here in about 2 hours and had it all up and running quickly. Their service tech, Kyle, was here today and did a great maintenance service job. On time and efficient.

Last year, I had some issues with a split unit in the back house and the service was great, so I signed up for their maintenance plan. They called a few weeks ago to schedule a maintenance check and yesterday Kyle & Chris came by to look at everything. They were fantastic - friendly, knowledgable and fast. Wonderful company, staff and reliable service. Highly recommend if you value reliable heat and cooling!

Services provided were HVAC and plumbing maintenance. I have been a Mid-State customer (20+) and maintenance program member (5+) for many years. Joel did a very thorough inspection of all of my plumbing systems and provided exceptional service in a friendly and professional manner, even advising me on a small leak issue. Shannon and Jackson also provided exceptional HVAC maintenance, and were likewise professional and friendly, identifying some issues in a proactive manner and completing the needed maintenance items in short order. They even made me aware of an available discount that I would not have known about otherwise.
I highly recommend Mid-State and am impressed by the caliber of their service members.

The tech, Jose, was wonderful. My husband wasn't home and he made things easy for me to understand so that I could relay the information. He even said that once he received service he would email my husband in case I forgot something. He was able to get the air fixed in less than 30 minutes. Although that was wonderful, the best part was how great he was with my dogs. I have four and they are a loud bunch. He was kind and loving to them. He was understanding that I was trying to control their volume. I have a Dane that hates everyone but her daddy. He made her comfortable with him in our home. she did finally stop barking and was able to walk up to him. He was professional and made a huge impact. I would recommend him to anyone with animals.

Cody came recently to do an annual heating system inspection as part of our maintenance agreement with Mid-South. He arrived a few minutes early, did a thorough inspection, and even changed our furnace filter. A small issue was found, but he did not pressure a repair as it is currently not critical. He did helpfully explain our options for the future if a repair becomes necessary. Every interaction we have had with Mid-State, whether plumbing or heating, has been excellent.

I would absolutely recommend mid state to anyone! I even signed up for their maintenance membership for my new house at such a reasonable cost. Shannon, Oliver, and Jose were on time, very polite, and easy to work with. They explained exactly what they were doing the whole time and were very clean and tidy. They all three deserve a raise!

We've used Mid-State for a few years for all our HVAC needs. Their staff in the office as well as at our home have always been very professional, honest, and responsive. Today we had Kyle and Oliver come out to address an issue. Even though it was late and getting dark, they stayed until the job was done and did a great job!
