Won't sell parts without a service call. Need a $15 fuse and they refuse to sell it.

So we met with them about replacing our HVAC and I must say they are very through in their approach. However they try hard to sell you on a membership that you pay for monthly that didn’t make sense to us. When pressed about just the price of the installed unit it was 30% more than the next bid. When we wouldn’t make an on the spot decision it was clear the salesperson was not happy which got uncomfortable. We did not use them so can’t speak to their service it just wasn’t a fit for us.

Kyle came out to do my HVAC maintenance and was prompt, polite, and explained all my options very well. He provided helpful information and recommendations without making me feel pressured to buy anything. Recommend this business.

Great Service/Wonderful Company - Shout out to Nate who did a good job yesterday on our spring tune up. Although we've been with Mid-State over the years at our old home, we've only been here for 3 months and it looks like the previous owner didn't have any regular maintenance on the AC/Heating unit. Nate worked hard to clean out the dirt and debris from our unit. And of course, Kristy, as well, who keeps us informed and makes our appointments. We hope to get a few more seasons out of it before we have to replace. When we do, we know who to call. Glad to be your customer and appreciate the awesome customer service we always receive!

Prices are very fair and reasonable, service call on weekend was much better than competition.

Will definitely call them again when it's time to replace our upstairs unit as well.

Shannon came out to our home and began the process of learning our needs and was very informative. You don't get that much nowadays. He had faith that his company would meet/exceed the needs my fiance and I wanted met. We had financing through our electric company with the TVA program and Shannon was very familiar and informative about the kinds of things they look for when inspecting. Shannon not once tried to upsale with some crazy 0% interest plans or anything of the sort. He simply recognized that we had the financing we wanted and we're just ready to make a purchase with said financing. He ran us through the options the company had that met the TVA guidelines and then gave us our quote. We chose to go with Mid-State and signed all the documents. The installation team we're punctual and extremely efficient. Took them no time to install the unit and they were very polite. All in all my fiance and I had nothing but a positive experience from Mid-State and I can say that we're blessed to have companies like them that make a difference in the lives of consumers.
