I cannot say enough good things about Lee and also Dennis. They fixed my gas furnace heating unit that decided to stop working during our first real cold weather this year. They had to come out three times with three different parts to diagnose a short circuit in my gas valve that could only happen to be caught when it misfired. They were so kind, generous and had such empathy when I had to stay at a friends house as my house was in the mid 50’s during our 25-30 degree days and nights in nashville. Highly recommend! Ethical, very responsive, and willing to try whatever it took to get my heat back on. Great, quality humans. Dennis has been in the business over 40 years and Lee would do anything it took to get it right. I’ve never been more thankful to see blue flames light up in a furnace. Thank you both again!
