I been using this company for past 20 years and never had any problems with their services.

Was told at my interview here that they work great with military families because they understood that at any time anything can come up. So they new my hours had to be flexible depending what my spouses work had her doing. Here I am 2 months in and only 3-4 weeks away before I’m able to be an on call technician and they are “letting me go” due to me not fullfilling job requirement by being on call or working full 40hr weeks. Since I’ve started there hasn’t been a full 40hr week to work because of the slow season. But yet I’m not fullfilling that requirement?

I got 4 estaminets for a New HVAC unit for my Home. I went with Action Air for several reason. I had them put inner Duck work several years ago and was satisfied with their work. The Rep the sent out for the HVAC was very helpful with info on what I needed, and offered me a $500 discount if we payed cash, something none of the other did. One of them even said the would have to change out the Breaker Box for my house at a cost of $5000 on tope of the $8000 cost of the new Unit. Action Air is now on my Speed Dial for my HVAC needs. I Highly Recommend Action Air to anyone.

Contacted Action Air about problems with our heat pump. Gary came out right away and gave us the bad news that the unit would have to be replaced. We have done business with Action Air for many years and did not even think about getting bids or opinions from other companies. Within hours Thomas was here to look at the system and gave us a quote with several options while still at our house. When I called Joy, company owner, her and the great staff treated us like family. On installation day Paul and David showed up early and in a few hours everything was finished and the new system was running great. Both Paul and David were very professional and it was obvious that they took pride in their work. You do not see many companies like Action Air anymore. If you need help you will not find a better company.

Always good for keeping you in comfortable conditions for your house 🏠. My newest tech service man, Yul has been a great person for finding a loose wire and coming back to finding another problem that was a different loose wire. Will hate to lose him as a person who you can count on 1000% of the time.
