Provided a higher than reasonable quote for a high-end gas furnace and AC unit. Received return phone calls when I had questions. Install was amazing with almost everything I wanted. The "almost" was completed a few weeks later after a simple phone call, they were there the next day to fix the air intake on the gas unit. Zero charge and very professional. Thank you Luke, Ty and install guys, I am extremely happy with the respect, attentiveness, and ability to listen to the customer's needs. You get what you pay for, money well spent.

All of the people that worked on my air conditioner problem were kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Gary was the first on the scene and he quickly determined my problem and told me about my options. The service/repair department quickly got back with me on how much and how long it would take for them to repair my old system. I decided to research a new system and Mike was my comfort care representative. He was so patient and kind with me explaining the different new systems to me and help me to decide what would work best for me and he didn’t say it’s 5 pm, I will get back with you tomorrow, he talked with me later in the evening about my choices. No high pressure sales from him, but what are your needs. He was even able to get a system on the truck and delivered the next day. Well above my expections. Then, he was able to get the new system on the schedule for installation the next day! Just to be clear, I decided on my system Monday at 8:30 pm and it was installed and running by 1:30 Wednesday. Wow! The installers were Danny and Kevin, and they did an outstanding job. They worked well as a team, answered all of my crazy questions, worked efficiently, cleaned up the space, and took away all of the old equipment. I enjoyed my conversation with them and when it is time to install my upstairs unit, I want the two of them to do the installation. They were very considerate about my floors, on time for the install, worked nonstop, and had great team cohesiveness. Thank you to the whole Action Air team!

The tech Lance cleaned my unit better than anyone ever has. He was very thorough and inspected everything on it. I definitely will get this company to handle any HVAC problems from now on. Action Air did a great job for us. Our air conditioning went out, and having 2 babies in the house it was important that we get it back up and running quickly. It was determined that it would not be cost effective to repair the old unit. They had the new unit installed and running the next day. They were courteous, neat, and friendly.
Thank you, Action Air. We will be calling on you again for our cooling and heating needs.

Action Air Installment Technicians give professional, personable and quality service! Our Installers Mr. Hernandez and Mr Davis made the installment of our new air condition unit quick and painless. These gentlemen are very knowledgeable and thorough in their work and because of this it eased any worries of passing city codes. Rated them an overall four only because the main office promised an installment date that fell through after we had already been waiting 2 week without air!

Josh came out to see why my heater pump wasn't working, only emergency heat was on, and if thermostat was working properly. Unit was fine, but he said the thermostat was bad and he wanted to install a new one for $250, even though we told him it is less than 2 years old. I chose to take care of it myself, signed the electronic charge for $65, then got an invoice for $80. When I called about the discrepancy I was informed the higher charge is because we're in KY, even though Josh told me I was being charged $65. Found out my thermostat is less than 1 year old and simply wasn't programmed properly. Will never use them again.

Great service at first. Then kinda went down hill. We had a ten year warranty for the system. It broke they recharged system and charged us for refrigerant. No problem, but coil had went bad and they would not honor warranty. Told us 700 to 900 for coil and 470 to 700 for labor. We have a friend who is a hvac technician. Called in our warranty info, had the part the next day for free and installed for 440 dollars saving us at least 1000. Mind you we had a warranty. So shouldn't have cost us anything. Oh told us should have gotten parts and labor warranty. Didn't know they were separate.
