This is the third time for us to use Action Air and we have been satisfied each time. On out last call, Zachary was able to repair a blown coolant line and save us from having to purchase a new condenser coil. Zachary was very thorough in the troubleshooting and when he left, we had a functioning air conditioner. We recommend Action Air and Zachary.

Our unit went out back in July and we had action air come out and replace it. We had a great experience then with everyone who came out and then again had seasonal maintenance done more recently and the technician, Cam, was great! On time, professional and walked me through the process.

Lance came out to take a look at our heat tonight he was polite and professional. Not only did he discover the tiny issue that was causing our heat not to work but after resolving that issu, he proceeded to examine the unit. He noticed a couple of small deficiencies and went above and beyond the call to correct those for us as well. It was a great experience and would be glad to have Lance work on our unit again.

Hayden Winn was extremely professional and serviced our A/C unit in a timely manner.
