Amazing, I had a very tight schedule, I was an emergency, and when I called Angie worked with me. She was amazing and sent Mark right over to my house! He was very informative and so kind. Again, Amazing! I was 100% satisfied! Thank you!

We first called about our thermostat not working so we had no ac running. The technician told me everything outside was fine. Thought we was in the clear but then 2 weeks later AC went out again. Found out a part was broken and nothing else was broken so spend another could hundreds of dollars to fix that part. Not even a week later AC is out again and be told another part broke. So we went and got a second opinion because this was getting a little suspicious that our HVAC system was constantly breaking. Glad I got a second opinion because it's ridiculous that one piece after another breaks not even a week after the second time

If I could give a negative rating I would. ATTEN:Buyers and consumers beware. Joy Kraeske the owner of Action Air Conditioning Service, Inc. will attempt to swindle you at all cost. I purchased my air conditioning unit from them in 2014 with with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. I have had my unit service twice a year for the last 8 years which is part of the warranty. I noticed this year that my air conditioner was not my air conditioner was not running at optimal level and it could have been because of the amount of heat that we have been having. When I called to schedule an appointment to have them come check it out I was quoted a $65 diagnostic fee. When the technician, Dale, came out he stated that I needed to have the condenser coils cleaned and it would cost me a $193 because they would be so generous as to wave the diagnostic fee. I attempted to dispute the service amount due to service invoice that I have attached where back in March of 2022 yes this year I had the condenser coils cleaned. I was then notified from Joy Kraeske that since I would not pay the $193 she was loosing business and was ordering the technician to leave my premises. Since that date I have contacted the owner, Joy Kraeske, and she has stated that it is not a $65 diagnostic fee of which I was quoted it would have been a $147 diagnostic fee. We have now parted ways. Again, uyers and consumers beware.

Awesome service! They are super professional. I needed a unit replaced. The very next day sales rep showed up and listened to my thoughts and answered all of my questions. Before sales rep left he actually printed out several different quotes (from the truck he printed....Cool). Sales rep was not pushy at all. I considered all options and called back to place order. Install was scheduled. Technicians arrived RIGHT ON TIME....super polite, super professionals, highly skilled in their trade and were wearing uniforms. Technicians were fast and professional and also took the time to talk to me about how to help the new unit last and which filters to use, etc. While techs were wrapping up yet another professional arrived...3 techs on scene....theis tech was there to review airflow and make sure ducts were free and clear and output of unit was what it should be. Then the last tech came in and explained paperwork, etc.

I could not ask for anything more.

BTW: Every single tech put on booties each time they entered my home.

Action air came through doing one of the hottest heat waves of the year.Called other companies and it was DAYS before they could come out. Action air came same day. Lance Bevier was courteous, friendly and professional. Will always only use this company in the future . Thank you for saving us from melting😂

I called Action Air on the recommendation of someone in our neighborhood. The technician that came out (Zachary) was courteous, professional and very quickly ascertained the problem with our system. We will be using Action Air for our HVAC needs in the future!

Action Air has been servicing my home's dual HVAC systems since 2001! They are always courteous (on the telephone and the Reps in person). They are understanding (works with me on scheduling, payment, and are always on time and available for the dates I need). They have "Comfort Specialists " who come out to evaluate your desires/needs and then give you estimates for how best to meet your needs for your desired comfort level, in your home! I loved that! Gary, was very professional and compassionate during our visit. I love AA.

Jeff from Action Air called prior to his arrival which was right on time. During his time with us he performed extensive checks on our units in preparation for shifting from heating to air conditioning. When he had completed, he explained all that he had done and demonstrated that our unit will cool when we were ready. We felt Jeff represented Action Air very well and was a competent AC mechanic.
