Zachery was our Technician, has a load of knowledge.
Arrive on time for the appointment. Was able to explain any issues and enforced homeowner safety. Over all this service went well, Action Air has been our HVAC people since Dec 2010.

We have used Action Air for many years now and have always had positive experiences. Today was no different! We have a very old system (2005) and we make sure we do our maintenance and change our filters. Zachery was our technician today and he could not have been more personable and professional. We had a couple of things we needed to replace to keep our system running smooth, which Zachery explained in detail why we needed them. Thank you for quality service and a positive experience!

Not sure if it's appropriate to name the tech but he was awesome and thorough. He got the job done and got my family back to a comfortable climate quickly. I got his card and will definitely be calling him back for any HVAC needs. 👍🏼👍🏼

I woke up this morning without any AC. We all know how miserable that can be with the temperatures outside right now. Action Air called me within an hour to set up a technician to come out and take a look at my unit. Michael Samuels was the Technician to service my unit. He was on time and very polite. He serviced the unit and addressed the issue within minutes. He replaced the part that was bad and was done within 30 minutes. I cannot say how much i appreciate the Action Air and Michael. I will definitely be using Action Air the next time i have any issues. Thank you again Michael for doing such a great job!

I have been using Action Air Service for over 20 years. They have always been prompt and professional. For my past 3 services Lance Bevier has been my technician and I couldn't ask for better service. He explains things, he doesn't rush with his work, but he takes time and does it right. I definitely recommend Action Air for the Clarksville area.
