Our service was a part of an inspection and maintenance contract. Chris did a great job.

Rich came out and fixed the issue. He explained everything well and is a very nice guy. He's a true pro. This company does everything and even saved us on a Sunday with no notice! Top notch service and the problem is fixed!

Garrett did a great job for us and they came out within a few hours of me calling. Very professional and informative. Will definitely be using them for any plumbing issues in the future.

Don and Carlos came out for an emergency leak late on Friday going into memorial day weekend. We had two leaks to the water heater. They fixed it with no problem. Saved the day!

Demetrius did a great and quick job or finding the issue and telling us what was wrong. The issue was something that the company isn’t able to fix (an appliance issue), but that is nothing against them and understandable. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I wasn’t expecting the final price to include plumbing expenses rather than just the service fee to come out, but I was still very pleased. I would use them again if we had further issues despite this small issue.

The technician, Rich, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Got the work done quickly and gave several points to help avoid problems in the future.

Zach came to install my new HVAC unit with Matt but one of my other contractors had not finished his work, so they had to reschedule. They coordinated with the other contractor and me to find a time that worked for all. Look forward to finishing this job with Patriot Service.

Very nice and professional, from the lady that works to set the appointment to the plumber chasing down the issue and the other plumber Carlos handling the actual repairs. Mr. Gibson was very knowledgeable and let me know everything that was going on in each process.
