Rich did the best job I could ask for. He explained what went wrong with my 7-yo unit and how I could maintain the next one. Very happy to have him inspect the unit and will be using Patriot for the new unit!

I had 2 service technicians at one time . Matt fixed a leak on the condenser box on my furnace and the other young man checked a previous leak in the shower. Both of them did a great job

It is nice to see a company NOT use COVID as an excuse to cut corners or provide mediocre service. Patriot Plumbing, Heat and Air completely ripped out my old PVC sewage pipes, copper water pipes and old HVAC ducts as I requested. Then they worked with me during my remodel to show up and provide me with scheduled services to install new PEX, PVC plumbing and HVAC return when and as I needed the work performed. I highly recommend their services and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Got the same day repair to my heating system at a very reasonable price. Great customer service both on the phone and with the tech who arrived. Couldn't give a higher recommendation.

Rich Gipson did a fantastic job figuring out the problem, and recommending the most cost effective way to fix it. He was respectful and professional. It was an overall great experience. I will be using Patriot Services again in the future if needed.

Zach did a wonderful and was able to fix are problem quickly. Since we are a Patriot member he was out within an hour and we are happy to say we have heat. It was an easy repair and he didn't try to sell us anything extra or gouge us on price. He was wonderful to work with and had a great personality. Very happy with our experiences with the company so far.

Wanted quote for new HVAC system.. did very little to determine what all I needed in a new system and then charged me $69.00 service fee...NO other company charged me to come out and get info for a quote. Won't be using this company!!
