Tech was very polite. Very clean.
Offered to clean the area in which he was working. He said he treats customers like it was his house.

They were super fast no waiting and plumber was good, but I found out later that I was ripped off on equipment that cost $44 on amazon which they charge $359. He said it was only faucet he has. The service charge of $69 will be charged even if you refuse service. I went ahead due to I did not have time. I can’t recommend them unless you have money to burn. It look like they take advantage of people who don’t know about them.

Update I called like they wanted and said owner will call back. I have not got the call back. One reason that i have used them first time was due to good reviews, but now I suspect that all good reviews maybe fakes. Most reviews were first time reviews or they had very few reviews.

Pallas was really professional, courteous,, and took care of us tonight with our drains. Thank you so much for your help.

Pallas and Logan did a fantastic job and were very friendly and repaired our water leak promptly.

Mr. Zachary Camp did an excellent job installing the air ducts to the HVAC unit. The quality of work was professional and the materials are of high quality. The service was reliable and dependable. Mr. Zachary Camp noticed a leak under the kitchen floor where the sink is located, and he made arrangements immediately to get that repaired. Demetrius evaluated the three jobs needed to be done and quoted a price before starting. Had to order a part for one but other two jobs done well and quickly. Will come back to fix shower lever once part arrives.

Wow! We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from Patriot Plumbing! My husband first called on Monday & they were out to our house in Cleveland by Wednesday. Don & Carlos trekked through our woods, found our leak in very rocky ground, made sure that we were aware of the cost before they proceeded, & fixed it for a fair price! Don and Carlos were very informative & were super nice! So impressed! Would recommend 100% and we'll use them if we have any issues in the future! Thanks Patriot!

Carlos and Pallas were very professional, thorough, and accommodating. They located the problem quickly, fixed it, and did a fantastic job!

Demetrius was very thorough, polite and explained what he was going to do. When the problem was located, needing a new pressure reducing valve, he again explained what needed to be done and reviewed the cost and when finished he double checked to assure pipes were no longer ‘ knocking’. I will use again if needed.
