Needed to have outside faucet moved to allow for deck construction. They arrived as scheduled and performed the service quickly and did a great job. Will use them again in the future.

Chris was great. Explained the situation, my options moving forward, and detailed each service and fee. Worked diligently, showed he did what he said he would do, and cleaned up after himself. Stressful situation made more tolerable by his professionalism and successful work.

Palace did a great job I had the closing on the house on May 1st. The new owners are Ken and Cournay Young. They will take over the dealings with the water heater.

He made my day. Still having leak issues from the "big freeze". What I thought was something big, he discovered a much smaller issue and fixed it. Patriot sent Garrett out to our home within a few hours of my initial call. He was very professional, had great advice, and went above and beyond on checking out our issue. We did not move forward due to the cost of running a gas line to our gas fire pit being 10x more than the fire pit itself cost, haha. However, I will call them out for other issues when they arise because of Garrett’s honesty.
