We had a clogged sink and THREE toilets that needed to be rebuilt. Pallas Hall was our technician and he was prompt, polite, professional, and efficient. Everything is working great now and we are thankful for his help!

Soddy Church of Christ is grateful to Patriot Services for a quick response to an emergency sewer issue. They used the drain camera to look into the pipes to see exactly what the issue was. They promptly fixed the issue and the church was able to reopen in less than 24 hours.

Came home late Monday night from work to find a busted water spigot and had to shut the water to the house off. I woke up early the next morning to call around and find a plumber. Patriot was the only one who could get me in by the next day. After a brief mix up that morning, the very polite and helpful woman at the office got Garrett to come out and help us. From the time he arrived, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He capped off both water spigots for us and was very quick in doing so. The price he gave us for the work was more than fair, and he had the water back on with enough time for me to shower before work. Garrett and the lady at the office definitely turned a bad experience into a great one. He even referred me to Zach when asked about HVAC services. Would 100% recommend Garrett and will ask for him again if any future repairs are needed.

Two plumbers arrived at the house in the scheduled time frame. A ceiling viewing hole had been cut prior to their arrival. They assessed the leak problems at the lavatory and tub drains by running water from the upstairs bathroom fixtures bathroom and viewing from underneath. They reported the leak spots. They were asked to fix the leaks. They left to buy parts and returned within an hour. They diligently cut more ceiling and fixed the lavatory leak. They said they could not fix the tub drain for fear it could not or they could not fix it. They recommended a silicone patch on the tub drain. They did not have any silicone on the truck nor did they volunteer to go buy it. The copper pipe leading to the trap was split open. They did not offer a solution. I inquired about running a tape through the drain cleanout and they offered their services for an additional $269. Since the drains could not be used as is, I passed. The plumbers were experienced but I found them ill prepared to solve the problems. I paid them the requested invoice. Honestly, I have worked in plumbing repair for sixty years. Rarely can a leak not be fixed!

When we had a very large leak in our yard, we had Don and Carlos come to see where it was coming from. Carlos immediately found it underground saving us thousands of dollars and they both finished the repair in under hour and a half. We were very pleased with their knowledge and professionalism.
