He even stayed an extra 30 minutes to help us figure out how to set up our Nest doorbell, free of charge- not to mention my house is very out of the way on a dirt road and he came all the way out here, no complaints. I had a problem when running the air at my business and water was running in the floor because the pump had quit working. Daniel Mendoza from Northside Heating and Air came out to the business and fixed the problem. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. Been having problems with our heating for four years. Our heat pump would freeze solid every night when outside temp dropped below 40 degrees. Have had several other repairmen attempt to fix it to no avail. After one visit from these guys, our heat is now working the best it ever has.

These guys know HVAC systems inside and out. They aren't your typical "it's broken, you need to replace everything" HVAC company; they'll actually take the time to troubleshoot your system. Daniel was outstanding, and even came out on a Sunday afternoon to get our system up and running when it was freezing outside. Quality work and dedicated staff.

First of all, wow! Our AC unit froze and they were at our house within 20 minutes from the time we called. They knew what was wrong before they even got here and that was exactly the problem. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this awesome company!

Great service Nathan does outstanding work and uses good judgement. My 20yr Carrier unit’s blower motor died and was replaced. Having Nathan do annual service has extended the life of my unit and my wife and dogs are happy campers that aren’t fighting with me for the blankets.

Awesome service - had them come out to troubleshoot some issues I was having with my Nest. Service tech was super knowledgeable and more than happy to walk me through everything he was doing. Highly recommend!
