Quick visit / Problem Solved / Nest registered Pro. My family I incorrectly set up our Nest thermostat. This caused the heat pump to not properly heat the air and due to cold weather our homes internal temperature was 50 degrees. After a few standard tests, he realized the configuration issue, quickly resolved it, and we once again had hot air. This was, to me, an emergency situation. He came after hours and gave plenty of notice when he'd arrive. You can't ask for more.

This is the follow w up visit Daniel made since we knew we were performing what was probably a temp solution. He completed work on more than one part AT NO ADDED CHARGE. I am so happy we made this contact!

My heat went out this morning and I have a little dog that I was worried about. I called Northaide and Daniel was at my place within an hour. He switched out the capacitors and my heat was back up and running within minutes. Excellent job!
