Daniel came out on a holiday weekend and checked out everything. He was extremely thorough in evaluating our hvac problem and gave us all the options. Great price and friendly service. Could not ask for more!

We hired Daniel when the a/c suddenly stopped working, and we were selling our home. The repair needed to happen quickly, and Daniel made time to come see us on a Saturday. He identified and fixed the problem and gave the a/c a good cleaning for the new owners. Daniel was easy to communicate with and very professional.

We had a old unit and just was not keeping house cool. I called on a Saturday and Daniel came right out and charged up the unit and then his team Peyton and Gage came out to install a new unit a couple days after. They were both so respectful ( like yes ma’am and no ma’am, I still feel weird about being called ma’am by someone my age. ) they were super sweet to our very hyper dog, just loved on him. They had to make our job a 2 day ( our unit was that old ) and came out next day and finished the job and Daniel was very honest with us. So so happy we went with Daniel and his team at Northside heating and air .

I've used Northside for three air conditioner repairs on two properties and it was a great experience each time. Efficient and effective repairs, good communication, and the price felt reasonable each time, which is so rare when dealing with appliance repair. I have recommended them to others that have also turned into repeat customers.

So technically I am not a previous customer from this company but I have gotten to know the owner well and WOW. Daniel and I chatted for a while and I realized not only is this guy a super hard working fella but he cares deeply about what he does and his customer. Being a small business owner that constantly networks with other small business owners I see that business owners like Daniel that care deeply are the ones that succeed. You will not be disappointed in hiring this company.

Great worker, great pricing, best AC person in the Chattanooga area. I have dealt with a lot of AC people and they all over charged me. Daniel literally went above and beyond for me, saved my life, and my wallet. A million stars and highly recommend. Great Christian and speaks Spanish!

This company is AMAZINGLY! We have had problems with a new unit that the builder installed from day 1. We have had several AC companies that have come out to service it. Each time they would stay for around twenty minutes or so, and then assure us the problem was fixed. We called Northside Heating and Airconditioning and Daniel responded promptly. He is knowledgeable, thorough, courteous and can make you laugh during a stressful time ( like having no air in 100 degree weather). He ran complete diagnostics on our unit, and stayed until the problem was resolved. Daniel, you truly are a superhero to our family. When he gave me his card, I knew if I ever needed HVAC repairs I would call him. Well I definitely need a new system and I have complete trust in Daniel.
