I was about to drop $8800 on a new unit from another company. Daniel came out on a Saturday evening to quote me their price and ended up changing a capacitor and bringing it back to life for less than $200. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Hopefully I can get another year out of this old unit. I am definitely calling Daniel when I’m ready for a new install. Thanks guys!

Daniel was great. I called and he came out to look at the problem same day. He spent extra time explaining each thing he was looking at or needed to fix. He made sure I understood how to work my new Nest thermostat before he left. Great customer service! Thank you

Northside is amazing! The guys were very professional, courteous and were super flexible with coming out same day. I’ve been clueless about what’s been going on with my AC and why it hasn’t been working as well at cooling my house and they were able to break it down of what’s going on and give me a resolution on how to fix my issue. Very honest and flexible, I appreciate them very much!

These guys are great. They showed up a few hours after I called and had my heater diagnosed and fixed in no time. They were very friendly and explained what could have caused the problem. Luckily it was a simple fix and they stuck around long enough to make sure my heater stayed on. I will be sure to use them again.

Daniel came to fix my air conditioning unit and I hadn’t had air for a week. He came in and was very polite and assured me that I would have air conditioning by the time he was done. Thank goodness he got it fixed. He explained the problem so that I could understand it too. Very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him or call on him if I am in need next time.

I needed a short course on how my heat pump works and to verity normal operation. They came by promptly and did a fine job. They are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and safe. And they helped me to get my Nest thermostat set up properly. They are now my go to for HVAC needs. 5 stars and thumbs up!
