We didn't have heating in our upstairs for over a month and had dealt with three different HVAC companies who couldn't figure out the problem. They ordered replacement parts and even told us to contact the manufacturer to get the unit replaced.

But the guys at Northside came to our house, diagnosed and fixed the problem all within two hours! They were very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!
