Daniel called first to coordinate the best time for me, and then worked late to get things squared away. He was polite and professional, and taught me about the tests he was performing. He's very well trained, and knows where others may cut corners, as his experience has left him cleaning up many of those issues. Although my particular unit is on its last leg, he was still able to safely get it back to a more balanced l, and efficient state. He pulled out all the stops, resolving prior technicians actions, to provide us with more cooling in this demanding southern climate. I'm glad Northside Heating and air conditioning has such technicians, and I hope they also understand the value of the quality service Daniel delivers.

Gage and Peyton were very professional and easy to talk to. They checked my entire HVAC system to ensure it was providing efficient heat and air.

They did find a small issue with my AC unit that they explained in good detail so I could understand the issue and what costs were associated. I ended up opting to have them repair the issue even though it would not be necessary until the spring. To my surprise they had the parts on hand and were able to finish the repair quickly.

Northside did an amazing job when our thermostat went out. Daniel was responsive, respectful, and clearly communicated our problem. He installed a Nest thermostat that is great. If you have any heating or cooling issues, you should definitely give them a call!

I had a great experience with this company. They were able to quickly identify the problem with our Nest Thermostat and with our condenser. The condenser was fixed in minutes and Daniel worked with us to figure out how to get a replacement thermostat. I was very impressed and will use them again!
