I had an issue that two other companies had looked at and told me there was nothing wrong with my A/C. Jeremy not only found what I thought was my main problem, but several other issues as well. He was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He went above and beyond to get my unit working properly. Definitely recommend!

I pay for yearly membership and completely worth ever penny. Whenever I've had an issue they've come out. They have always been professional and helpful. I've had them for over ten years and am very pleased.

For the better part of 25 years, Reliable Heating & Air has been my go-to. This is the 2nd HVAC unit I've purchased from them. The unit is quiet, yet powerful & efficient. The installers were professional, polite, non-intrusive & on time. The office staff was polite, considerate of my schedule & needs; very helpful!! I highly recommend!!

A day or so after my most recent twice a year service I was smelling a moldy smell when AC came on . I called and their service technician Jeraime came that same afternoon. In his inspection of the recently serviced HVAC unit he found a drain that needed to be reconnected as well as a UV light that kills mold and bacteria had failed a while ago . I wasn’t aware of this before then . He took the unusual UV bulb with him to try and hopefully find a replacement. This is when Teddy their service manager took over and with some work on his part found a replacement bulb , thankfully. Long story short Jeraime returned and after running down a loose connection during bulb replacement , the unit was up and running again with UV protection! Thanks to Jeraime , Teddy and Reliable Hgt & Air for a great job !

Had a coil go bad. It was covered under manufacturer’s warranty. Reliable ordered and installed a replacement. Very professional. Works great.

Excellent service by the guys who came out to remove old and install new HVAC system. Also installed pump to redirect drainage from upper and lower units to outside, which will solve our drainage backup issue. Installers were very knowledgeable, pleasant and more than willing to entertain unit function questions. This is our 2nd unit from Reliable and the maintenance service has always A1.

Everything has gone smoothly so far. They installed a ductless system for me. It's only been about two weeks, but so far so good. They were timely with all of the estimates, installation, and other details.
