Joe arrived as scheduled, and performed the annual maintenance on my unit. He was friendly and efficient and did a great job.

Changed my review after Chris from Reliable showed up yesterday and corrected my unit by adding refrigerant. I'm convinced they will honor their commitment to warranty repair in a timely manner. Thanks also to Google Reviews for giving consumers a little bit of power in the wild world of business.

I'm self installing a window unit because the $6000 Maytag unit is anything but Reliable. The tech replacing the coil last November in the six-month old heat pump admitted the new design with all crimp connections will never work like solder joints. Meanwhile the ASAP service call is 10 days away. Thanks, UN-Reliable.

After cutting ties with my other heating/air company. I decided to call reliable based on 50 years in business and positive reviews. I’m glad I did. The representative was courteous. Set up an appointment next day. They showed on time and quickly replaced a bad switch. Thank you Reliable !!

Reliable is my AC company — and they do an amazing job! The technician (Skylar?) came out to do a seasonal maintenance on my AC unti it. He was incredibly thorough and very friendly. 72 hours without AC. Another company did not want to help and I needed help! Tech came out after 6:30pm and looked at system. Found issue quickly & had system running again in under 15 minutes and checked for no other issues. Customer service #1. I will be referring & using RELIABLE every time. Keep up the great work!!!

We have been using them exclusively since 2020 except for one instance when we had to use another company through our home warranty. When the other company failed at their job, I called Reliable. They came right out, got the information to order the part and finished the job right away. We have an annual agreement with them and get our cleanings in a twice a year schedule. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Joe is an amazing technician. Very personable and knows his HVAC! I highly recommend this company.

Air handler died during the past weeks heat wave…of course they always die when needed most. Reliable did an incredible job getting us back up in running within a few days. An amazing feat in these days of equipment and part shortages. They have always proven to be a top shelf company with top shelf service and profession technicians.
