Our less than 2 year old upstairs HVAC unit needed a new compressor and you had the work finished and completed ASAP.

Scheduling was fast and easy for our schedule.
Mike B was great and came the day that worked for us. He very methodically traced and checked the problem to discover that the compressor had failed.

He explained what he discovered and what it would take to have the unit back in service. The service department called and let us know what was warrantied and what our portion would cost before the job was complete.

Work was completed on a Friday afternoon, just in time for our out of town guests to have a cool stay with us for the weekend.

We also reviewed our options on some changes we might like to make in the future.

This Fall we will have Mike B back and the Reliable team to sign up for a yearly maintenance program.

I could not have been more pleased. Reliable was highly recommended to me by friends and now I know why. Good recommendation by Brent to replace both units at the same time rather then go through additional costs later since we needed crane to lift old & new units. Neat & clean techs & very polite installation crew. Thank you, Joe Rose the first Tech who analyzed my problem. Reliable stands for the service they give. Not only professional but on time and courteous as well. My A/C compressor quit and Reliable was out the next day with a new unit and had us up and running in no time. Their customer service even called the next day to make sure everything was good. I would not hesitate in calling Reliable for any of my HVAC needs.

They were fantastic while installing our system a few years ago (such as wearing special shoe covers to keep our floors clean) and they continue to be fantastic. Recently received a reminder to schedule our service at no charge (who contacts you to remind you they are going to spend money providing something at no charge). And as always the technician was extremely cooperative and polite.
It's rare to find service of this quality in the world any more.

I couldn't have asked for better service! My heat went out over the weekend. I called Reliable Monday morning, and before the end of the day, Chris came out and determined the problem. I needed a part he didn't have in his truck. The next day, as scheduled and promised, Cleatus brought the part the next day and quickly installed it. As good as the service was, I wasn't surprised! Both men have been to my house before for the twice a year cleaning and check-up (which I certainly recommend) and I have learned that they are both highly professional and skilled. Simply put, I trust Reliable!

They were able to install a new AC system within a few days of my old one failing in the middle of summer. Very professional installation crew.
