Hired the team at Reliable to completely rework my upstairs ductwork and install a brand new heating and cooling system. I am very pleased with the work. The crew was skilled, professional and courteous, ensuring the house was cleaned up each night before they left. Jack and his crew did a nice job installing my new Maytag HVAC. The crew was friendly for a cold Wendesday morning install.

Unit looks nice, ground was smoothed out, water hose was rewound and locked up. We tested the unit before Jack left and everything is nice a warm now.

One piece remains, to remove the framing around the new concrete pad, but I have no doubt that will go off without a hitch.

Same reliable, quality service on this install as I have received on our service calls.

Reliable installed my system five years ago and after calling about a failure, they responded with 24 hours. Their serviceman Ronnie, temporarily fixed the unit until the proper parts arrived two days later. He and Sarah were extremely kind and helpful with arranging the service.

I am so happy I chose Reliable to install my new air conditioning system this year. We bought a house built in 1935 and the duct work and air conditioning units needed to be replaced. We received several bids and although Reliable was slightly higher than one of the bids, we chose them for a couple of reasons: 1) reputation and 2) maintenance plan. Reliable has lived up to its reputation. The first night I turned on my heater and had a problem, Reliable came to save the night (and my pregnant guest) from getting cold. Keep up the good work and thank you!

Within 3 hours of calling in to investigate a strange noise my heat pump was making, Daniel was at my house. Of course the unit did not make the noise after he arrived, but I had made a video earlier that he could use to diagnose the problem. We agreed that a new fan motor for the condenser unit was needed, and it was installed within an hour. I have always had good service from Reliable.

They came out in a timely manner and were able to fix the issue with no problems. The technician was very friendly and came in a marked van. He did not however show me any identification, which normally I wouldn't care about but the website stated that he would. I was charged $273 for the call which was a little pricey but nothing I didn't except. $68 for the call and the rest for a replacement thermostat which normally goes from $40-1$100. All in all I was satisfied with the experience.
