The only problem was he went outside and fixed the unit and came back to present me a bill for 369$. I was told when I made the appoint the service person would diagnose the problems and THEN talk with me about options and price. Glad I had the money to pay for it and he didn’t have to go unfix it. Don’t tell customers they will discuss the issue and price before they fix it if you don’t.

I was very pleased with Reliable. They came the same day I called. My service technician Matt was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the problem and how best to remedy it. Servicing an HVAC system isn’t cheap but I felt what I was charged to be very reasonable. I will use Reliable again.

Reliable had a team member to my house within a couple hours of my call. Fred was quickly able to diagnose the issue and made on site repairs. He also had the necessary part on hand so my unit was clean and up and running in about an hour. He also fully explained the issues and the final charges. Efficient, fair, and friendly service, I will recommend them from now on.

I’ve had a couple of experiences with Reliable. After a false start with another company I called Reliable based on a neighbor’s recommendation.
I had Matt by for routine maintenance on my 2 heat pump systems and the Carl to run a gas line to my new range. Both techs exhibited great customer service skills and did their job well.
Carl was outstanding and went the extra mile to get my installation done correctly and expeditiously. He was able to do a job that another company gave up on after 5 hours of effort. Carl is a seasoned professional that was a joy to work with!
I am recently retired and from the north. My background is management at a $70M HVAC firm. I was there for 36 years! Your workers are your company and they did a very strong job for me!

I’m not a big mechanic company type person. I usually feel like I get screwed one way or another and end up paying for something I don’t need. This is not the case with Reliable Heating and Air. My hubs got the maintenance plan which I originally thought would be a rip off, but it’s turned out to be extremely convenient and useful. They haven’t sold me stuff I don’t need and they’ve been courteous and quick. Last night, our ac was making crazy sounds and Johnathan (the tech) was out within the hour. He was super nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I am not only pleasantly surprised with Reliable Hearing and Air, but ecstatic with their service and prices. They can consider me a lifer customer. Best ac company I’ve EVER come across.

Reliable Heating and AC had a very quick response to get our AC working again. Larry (the technician) had to order parts but got a temporary fix so we had AC over the weekend. He then came back first thing Monday to complete replacing coils. Larry was very professional and on time. Would definitely ask for him again.

The guys were on time, very professional, communicated very well, and explained the system and what they were doing. They did a great job, and our system is working very well. They also inspected previously installed duct work to be sure it had no issues. Would definitely use Reliable!
