I have been having problems with my HVAC unit working intermittently and I was at lost knowing who to call. I called 3 companies, one advertised a very low cost service fee but i realized very quickly they wanted to sale a new unit.
Second company was very nice but because it was intermittent, they could not find the problem.
Third time is a charm when someone recommended me to call Reliable Heating and Air. Upon arrival the service man Larry, went right to work finding the problem immediately. He needed to order a part, and with slow shipping, I was concerned. The next morning I got a call from the office stating upon my approval they could order the part and be out the next day.
Larry came out the next day and got the unit fixed right away. When I went to pay, he said it didn't take as long as he once thought so there was an adjustment in price!! Who does that? Reliable Heat does!
I realize that my unit will have to be replace in a few years, so I am keeping their card handy because of their honesty and promptness!

After calling another company and them not mentioning they don't use R-22 any longer and would use a different type I called Reliable. They still have and use the R-22 refrigerant that older units require. Called late morning and they were able to have someone on site within a few hours and completed the repair using the proper refrigerant.

Would/will use again, and do recommend.

I've been a customer of Reliable for about fifteen years.

Called about one of our heat pumps intermittently not engaging when heat was being called for and required a system reset to get it going again.
Was setup with a same day appointment and Joe showed up in about an hour. He looked over the units and tested the electrical and discovered the 20A unit was on the 30A breaker, and the 30A unit was on the 20A breaker!
Once the breakers are swapped I am hopeful we won’t have any more issues. But if it does act up again I will be setting up another appointment with them as the service was very fast, Joe was professional and walked me through the issue, and I was overall very happy with the whole experience.
