Everest Air did a fantastic job on our new system. Very good workmanship and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Glad I went with a great family owned business. Thank you very much!!

Our service tech Will, went above and beyond to not only get our heat pump operating properly, but he corrected issues which the previous company who installed the unit had set up incorrectly. This will not only extend the life of our unit by correcting the improper setup but will make the unit more efficient and save us money. They're over all knowledge and commitment to do a job properly speaks volumes about Everest Air. I will continue to use Everest Air and recommend them to everyone.

Service above all others I have had the experience to deal with is what I got from Everest Air. Honest, reliable, KNOWLEDGEABLE, courteous, fair, dependable, and doesn't leave a mess are just a few things I can say about my experience with Brad Williams! Brad and Lynnsey were great to work with, super responsive, and able to work around my busy schedule to replace my HVAC system. They went the extra mile and visited my place out in walland numerous times until everything was perfect. I also got several quotes before choosing and theirs was the most reasonable.

What a great company, we called for an upgrade estimate and while he was here going over options he fixed a couple small problems with our current system to get us by. The guy walked around for a whole hour going over options and what would be best and the more efficient options for our house. These guys a real down to earth, super focused on making sure we understand everything before a final decision. Definitely recommending to anybody with AC problems.

Everest team was on point. They got to me within an hour of my call. They had to order the odd sized motor for my unit. Got it in 2 days, found it was under warranty and immediately came out to install. Communication at every step. Real pros.

I was told by another company that my A/C unit was discontinued and practically unfixable. In getting quotes for a new unit, the Everest Air representative said that I could replace the unit but that it was likely fixable. I took a gamble on repairing it since I really needed to wait a little while longer to replace the current system. I was highly satisfied with the quality of service and the repair. We had purchased cassette-type A/C units for our basement. Everest Air installed them for us. They were very professional, and dedicated to get the job done in one day. We are very happy with their installation, and would highly recommend them.

Recently moved into our first property that had been renovated last year. Had the inspector come out during our move in inspection and everything seemed good to go, but he was unable to check the AC on the HVAC because it was about 50 degrees when we were having the inspection (early January). Fast forward to two days ago, to where we’ve been jumping through hoops with the people who installed it to see why our AC wasn’t working. We finally reached out days to Everest Air about this issue. They diagnosed the issue and resolved the problem within 3 days. First day, inspect and try to find the issue. Second day was to find the final cause to issue and have the part ordered. And today was the installation. Everything was great. The quality, patience, understanding, and ability to assess the situation. What we found out from this, was that when we had the inspector to come out and do his thing, he missed some steps to check. The wiring on from our thermostat to the HVAC was wrong, as well as to our power supply.

What was thought to be the cause, was a bad compressor. But really was Pillar To Post to have inspector not do his job correctly and cause first time home owners pay to (possibly) pay thousands for a new compressor. But… good news. Everest Air came out and did their job correctly and gained a new customer. They changed out the bad part (which probably wasn’t bad in the first place) with a new part and informed us about the wiring job. We dodged a bullet and Everest Air was there for us. I HIGHLY recommend Everest Air.

… but not Pillar To Post for poor quality of work.

I was referred to Everest Air and met their tech at one of my rental homes where he diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, all for just the service call. I decided at that time to install a new a/c where they gave me multiple choses. After deciding on a package unit they where out promptly to install and I just couldn't be happier. This family business has earned all my future air conditioning business with all of my properties.Thanks to all, Chuck
