Everest Air - Heating & Cooling

I was recommended to Everest Air by a coworker of mine. My unit was very old and needed to be replaced. I called them up to request an estimate. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and from the short phone call I could tell she had wonderful customer service. Actually of all the people I spoke with to set up different estimates she was the friendliest one of them all. It's part of what sealed the deal to choose them.

Once a tech came out he was very respectful and made sure his shoes were covered before entering my home. He didn't try to push me on anything and allowed me to communicate my needs. He even gave me a lot of insight on what would work best for my home. I was able to pick brands and ended up going with a York, a brand I believe they work with primarily.

After receiving the quotes they were the second lowest price and fit my budget. Even though their price was a bit higher (about a $1,200 difference) I still ended up choosing Everest because of the care they took with me. I was called the next day to discuss an install date.

I emphasized that my air was completely out of service and shared my concerns of the rising temperatures. I needed it to be done as soon as possible but was told that the earliest they could fit me in was Monday or Tuesday the following week. I received a text later that day about how the gentlemen were ok with working on Saturday to fix and replace my old unit. This was unexpected due to the fact it was Easter weekend. I was very grateful that they were able to accommodate even with a major holiday being in the same time frame.

In summary, if you're looking for a company who will put care in their work, and attend to your needs, this is definitely the company to choose. I appreciate the hard work they put into my home and the amazing customer service I received. I will continue to use Everest for any and all my HVAC needs in the future, and I can't recommend them enough.

Chad was fantastic! He was very professional and polite. He quickly analyzed and took care of my problem with follow up to come and permanently fix the leak. I can definitely say I had a great experience from beginning to end with everyone at Everest Heat and Air.

Everest was dispatched to provide service on a home warranty claim and they called to schedule an appointment within a day of us filing the claim and then were able to send a tech out that same day (he came the following day due to our schedule). The tech was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and communicated about the status of the work he was performing. He quickly repaired the problem and was on his way! Would definitely use again, warranty claim or not.

I have used Everest Air several times and they have been great. Always on time. Friendly people. Highly recommend using them.

Overall I had a great experience using Everest to service my hvac. The dispatch was very nice and even accommodated my work schedule for service. The technician Chad was really nice and professional. He explained everything he was doing each step he took and answered all of my questions I threw at him. Everest will be my recommendation for hvac work!

This company is very professional, they know what they're doing. I wouldn't use anyone else. They are very honest people! They've been doing our maintenance for a few years now and we've had some repairs along the way. They respond quickly, they really care about their customers.

My family woke up with our heater not working on a cold December morning. We have 3 kids under 2 years old in our house so its very important to have our heater working properly. I called Everest Air that morning and I had somebody looking at our heating system before noon! They were professional and honest about our heater repair needs and pricing. I highly recommend them!
