Mr. Manuel was on time and has competitive prices. Summer heat is terrible in South Texas so having a company that shows up after you call at 7 PM definitely has my vote of confidence. My unit was very old (19 years old) so Manuel explained to me that he didn't have a problem fixing my unit, but that he would probably come back in a month or two because something else would break.. He explain that it would be better to change the unit so i can enjoy my AC for a long time without worrying. My inside unit was smaller than my replacement, so some structural modifications were required. Fortunately, he did these mods without raising the price.
