Everest was AMAZING!
I left a voice message on a Sunday night. Before I could even have coffee the next morning, the lovely woman from Everest had called me. Within two hours, two gentlemen arrived to assess the problem. The needed motor had to be picked up from the parts warehouse more than an hour drive away. But they got it, returned, and worked until after 6pm to give me heat!

The gentlemen who came to my home were precisely that: gentlemen. They were polite, professional, neat, respectful, kind.

Everest is one of the few extraordinary businesses that still provide "service" in all the meaningful ways!

Real impressed with beginning call to end service. Jayden was polite and knowledgeable. Price was very reasonable too. Will definitely recommend and use when needed.

Service work was done by Chad. I am extremely impressed with this company and their technicians!

On the 2nd trip they temporarily fixed the system so that it would work until the replacement part came in otherwise, we would have not had any heat. Thankfully the part was under warranty and the ordered part only took a couple days to get here and installed. Yeah! They were very nice and prompt to arrive quickly to get the part in so that we would have heat. No longer wondering if the unit would quit on us. Did not take long to install. Very courteous. Even wore shoe covers when coming into house. Would definitely recommend them again!!

Brad and Jayden were absolutely wonderful. They troubleshot the problem with Hvac and had the heater working within short time. More importantly, they came right away to our home which I was very thankful being cold in the home.

Sadly, this is the only HVAC contractor in Blount County, out of the four that I attempted to deal with, who...
1. Promptly returned calls
2. Promptly responded to emails
3. Showed up on time
4. Didn't focus on upselling, and therefore will be favored when we are ready and able to upgrade in the near future.

My AC went out on a 90 degree holiday weekend and they came right away and fixed the problem within half an hour. Excellent customer service.

I was absolutely amazed at the customer service!! He was EARLY, explained everything (even showed me the broken part), and even went out of his way to check on something else in my home that I was having issue with. Also, everywhere else I called charged more than double what their fee was. I will not ever use another HVAC service and i'll tell everyone that I know that needs service to call Everest Air. Amazing!!

The guys who worked on my heating system were profesional and trust worthy. They explained the heater issues to me in plain terms. I never felt like they were out to "nickel and dime" me. I would recommend them to everyone in the area.

Called Christmas Eve and they were able to send someone Christmas day for an emergency, very friendly. Responsive to messages and calls and keeping me updated while out of state. More than reasonably priced. Will be using them in the future!

Great experience. Will be using for all future HVAC needs. Brad called me back on Christmas Eve at 6:35am when our furnace went out. Lindsey and the office staff were all very polite and helpful as well, and dispatched Chad to install the new part. Chad had the new part installed and tested by 4:30pm. (The original appointment was scheduled for between 9pm-11pm on CHRISTMAS EVE) It was obvious they were trying to be as accommodating as possible and the customer service they provided was top-notch. Highly recommend.
