Everest Air - Heating & Cooling

I was helping a friend do some work on his new house when I met Brad from Everest Air, I was impressed with his knowledge and upfront approach so I asked for a car, little did I know I would need him the very next week! My AC until went down, I called at 4:30 in the evening and they offered to send someone that night, I opted for the next day, he started with the simplest things first and it was indeed a simple fix. Very professional and polite, no attempt to up-sail and he even showed me some ways I can maintain my unit myself to help keep it running well. They also gave me a military discount. This is my new HVAC company and I would recommend them to everyone!

Everest Air went beyond the Call of Duty at our farm. We are extremely pleased with the service we received. After they finished and left, we went down to clean up "the mess." Imagine our delight when we found there was absolutely nothing to clean up; they had taken everything with them! I cannot remember a time that we did not have to work after hiring someone to do a job for us.

Everest Air gave us the white glove treatment we expected from all companies in our youth, but, as happens as you become wiser with age, we had learned to be disappointed, until now.

Reasonable rates for exceptional service...a very rare combination in our current Covid world.

After doing a little research on the company, we got a good feeling about them & decided to give them a try. From the first phone call to their truck leaving our house, we had an AMAZING experience. Both Lynnsey & Brad were both extremely helpful during the whole process. The entire time that work was being done on our unit, Brad was very informative of the issues found & how he could repair them. Him and his helper, John, did a phenomenal job which resulted in us becoming members of their RESA program. We look forward to continuing our business with Brad, Lynnsey, and Everest Air!!!

I tipped Will and accidentally gave him a $100 bill instead of a $20 after he fixed my AC not cooling the house and running constantly and he came back and brought it to me and notified me of the mistake. Honest, fast and great service!!!! Highly recommended!

Our air wasn’t cooling well so we called Everest Air to come out. They were responsive and friendly. They called ahead to say they could come earlier than our appointment and asked if that was ok. We said yes. We had a refrigerant leak. Will was incredibly thorough and did everything he could to find it. We ended up putting sealant in since the leak wasn’t showing readily with uv dye. He gave us all of our options and was super courteous and professional. He took off the leak search fee since he couldn’t find the exact spot. Hoping the sealant and refrigerant top off fixes the problem but if not we will definitely call Everest Air again for help. They work hard and do a great, honest job.

Brad and Lynnsey have been amazing to work with. Last year I called and left a message for Brad to service a very old unit at a house I had just purchased that went out midnight one night. He showed up that morning. I just had him replace that old unit and him and his team were on time, worked all day and even did extra needed work while still charging the original quote. Brad even pointed out that my dryer vent is dumping lint into my basement and offered to come fix. Great company run by a great family.

Engineer arrived on time. Investigated our non-functioning A/C. He identified the problem, advised me of the issue. Repaired the issue, lack of A/C sending any cooling air.

Chris was very personable! And patient…our unit was so frozen over that he couldn’t even diagnose the issue on his first visit. He actually ended up coming here 3 times (in one day) before he could do the job. Once thawed, it was a simple fix. He explained everything clearly. And it was a very reasonable price. Will use again in the future!

They are amazing! They came highly recommended and I see why, I would recommend Everest Air to anyone who needs repairs or preventative maintenance. They were super professional and didn’t mind taking time to answer all my questions and explain things to me in the middle of their work.
