called to see if they could come to our house to help bypass a water softener that decided to 'blow', leaving a water mess in our basement. The gal I talked to didn't listen to my question, she only asked what brand it was, and that they only service one brand of softener..and since it's not that brand, they can't help. Mind you that wasn't even my question, we just needed somebody to come out and help get the pipes done to be able to turn the water back into the house! Rude service, wont' call them again under the best conditions.

Quick,polite and explained what would be done. Advised will need drywall afterwards and appreciate he can connect me with one to finish my shower area.

I just got my humidifier installed and they did a fantastic job! The tech was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, clean and fast! I'd rate them a 10 if I could!

Called to get an estimate on my AC unit and was told they don't do free estimates. How do I know if I want to use your service if you won't tell me how much it costs ubless you do the work. Kind of fishy if you ask me.

Needed two Delta facets installed and was told when I called that they were not installing any customer purchased facets. Very disappointed. Won't be calling back for service.

It used to be good service with reasonable rates.
But it is going downhill on both aspects recently. Charges ~$300 per visit and does not properly fix the issue.

They are very responsive.
