Read the reviews to get an idea of what to expect for billing. These are the facts - The service was to replace a cartridge and handle. My bill is attached.

    $298.35 total
    *$85 = Service Fee
    *$65 = Labor (they charge $130/hr)
*$136.42 = parts (cartridge and shower knob)
    *$11.93 = tax

I did receive a callback from Mark the next business day and he is providing a discount to the above bill.

Two Gentlemen, repairmen came in looked at our furnace. I believe they went above and beyond on repairs even resealing joints. The two men were detailed, kind, concise, and respectful to me and my home. They were efficient in looking at necessary repair components of the heat system. They cleaned up everything when done and explained the repair. The cost was reasonable relative to thier competitors.

Billing system needs work! We are selling our home, so we had Frisbees check our heating system. Had to pay service tech. at time of service, which was ok, but in the past they sent us a bill. Then we had some plumbing work done which required 3 additional visits. (on was to replace 2 bathtub spouts, but they repaired drains in error). Each time we had to pay at end of service call. Received a statement from Frisbees saying we had a balance due. Called billing department and went to voice mail so left message that payment was already made. Never got called back, but about a week later I got 3 bills in the mail with balance due. Called again and they "found" two of the three paid, but said one was billed, but reversed a couple of days later... I told them I would get credit card statement to prove payment, but they need to improve their record keeping! I really lost my trust in their billing policies, and hope people are not double paying them!

I had a great experience with Randy and Sam. They were in our newer home to relocate some outlets, install a new one along with security lights and a Ring doorbell. The team worked quickly and effectively but best of all they were friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Repaired pipe, installed new furnace, cooling system, water heater, thermostat, humidifier, and water softner. Did a fantastic job. Was very happy with service, installation and quality of products. Everything was professionally inspected to make sure it all operated correctly. Was very helpful in explaining how everything works and how to maintain. I have had everything in now for 6 months. All works great, very. Efficient to save me money, no problems. Thank you Frisbee.

We required a water shut off valve replacement. Called in a.m., repaired in the p.m.! Terrific service. Timely, friendly & professional.

I use Frisbees because they always do quality work. I have had them do several projects at my house as well as emergency service calls for heating, plumbing issues. I always know when I hire Frisbees it will be done right!

Be aware of scheduling fee that is not noted upon scheduling.

I called Frisbee because this company installed the HVAC system in my home when it was first built. Thus, I thought they may have some knowledge/insight as to why my duct work was "popping." I was assured by the scheduler that if the technicians were not able to do anything, I would not be charged. The technicians were at my house for about 15 minutes and they noted there was nothing that could be done. When mail from Frisbees arrived, I was billed for a service call and for labor. Apparently just to get on the Frisbee schedule is $75 and then labor is a minimum $65. (I found this out after calling to inquire about said charges).

On a positive note, the technicians were professional.

My sump pump wouldn't stop running, so called a service call on a Saturday. There was nothing wrong, just needed to be moved over an inch so it wouldn't hit the wall. He was there 5 minutes. I knew I would pay more on the weekend but $336.74 is just down right criminal. Will never use Frisbees again!!!
