We heard about Frisbee through our local banker in town, our furnace had gone out, and we were looking for good quailty at a reasonable price. Frisbee came out within a couple days for the estimate and provided us with a couple different options, along with a great discount for paying with with cash/check. Their discount they offered for this allowed us to go with the higher quality furnace that without the discount would not have been something we could have afforded. We called to schedule the service, and they were able to have the furnace installed within 2 days. While out here their crew was VERY polite and professional, and appeared to work great together as a team. Our water heater was on its way out, and Frisbee gave us a great offer, and had a new water heater put in that same day as well! I would highly recommend them to everybody, they offer great pricing, options, and professionalism. We will for sure use them for future projects that we have in mind!

Plumber was very rude, acted like he hated his job, and had no idea what he was even supposed to look at. Then he did not even look at where the toilet was leaking into the basement, which I specifically told him via the phone. He also left my tub dripping from the faucet after fixing that leak. Called them back and asked for a different plumber to fix the leak. The 2nd plumber was very nice and professional, however, he was 30 minutes past the time frame I was given and no one notified me. I had to call and find out. I was charged almost $500 for the first visit and did not even get everything fixed that I had asked for. Very frustrating.

I have used frisbees to do a couple different jobs. On my most recent job I had them rough in electrical in my new home. Everything went fine, I paid for the work that was completed and then 6 months later, they send a bill for $700 saying they billed the wrong amount. I called to question the bill and they said they forgot to add someone’s time card on the job. I told them I find it strange that they find error 7 months later. They were not willing to have a conversation about the mistake and we are stuck paying for the error. I do not recommend using this company. You might get an unexpected bill months down the road. I will not use them for any future jobs. I recommend looking elsewhere.

On about September 26th 2019 we had Frisbee's come to service our furnace. The cost was $648.46. The tech said it needed a new inducer motor. Were sure that was correct as the furnace was very noisy. We thought all was good. Then on December 30th 2020 we new something was very wrong. We called another long time company. Whenremoving the inducer motor that Frisbees had installed the technician found that the Frisbee technician had broke off one of the mounting screws for the inducer motor off the collection box. The technician put alot of silicone behind the motor to try to seal motor. It still leaked water and caused rusting on blower compartment. The technician resealed the the best he could that day. A new collector box had to be ordered and installed. The screw was broken flush and the collector box was the rustiest mess you've ever seen! It took the technician along rime ro clean up Frisbee's mess and I have pictures and a HUGE bill of $452.00to prove it! This isn't the first boo boo Frisbee's had made but, It's the last one for me! Come on Frisbee's let me hear from you.

I came home for lunch on a 12deg day to a cold house. I'm pretty handy, so after some troubleshooting, I narrowed down the parts I needed for my furnace. I called Frisbee's parts department and talked to Travis who helped me find the parts I needed for my 12yo furnace. I couldn't find the model number, but after some sly computer searching Travis patiently came up with the correct parts, and Frisbee's had them in stock. A quick drive, $30 later, and a 15min install, my furnace fired back to life. I couldn't have done it without Travis and Frisbee's. This team is stellar. Thanks so much!

Multiple bad experiences. The only reason the rating is as high as it is; is when you post a negative review they quickly contact you offer a refund then tell you the negative review needs to be removed before they will give you a refund. Great customer service frisbees. You roved my point contact made less then 4hrs after post. I won't remove it this time. My service calls were booked under another name. I've already spoken with Mark he's the one that made me delete the first post before he would issue a partial refund 4 the botched jobs

We have been customers for many years and Frisbee's has always provided the best service for our personal and 8 rental units HVAC needs. Recently however, the customer service attitude has seemed to slip. We have had some questions about some different issues we have had ( which by the way in the past would never have happened) and have been told that they will not bring it up to the service department because skilled HVAC workers are hard to find in this competitive market and they can't take a chance and lose a worker over some sort of trivial customer service issue . They bill our rental occupants instead of us, they refuse to advise us of what work was done on the rental unit as they are leaving the unit, they create stories about what happened to cover their tracks. As you can tell by the tone of this review, I have become a very disenchanted customer and am looking to replace Frisbees.

    Hi LIFE

When I called and set up a time to have someone come to my house to give me an estimate they said they would arrive at 3pm. I was contacted by phone by the person who was going to do the estimate and was told he could come between 1:15 and 1:30. So I told him I'd meet him there at 1:30. I waited until 2 pm and called him. He says he ran into some trouble and was on his way. I waited 10 more minutes then I had to go back to work. Then he calls me to ask what i needed a quote for. So after I told him he just says "well you're probably looking at around $700-$800. Sure glad I left work for that. Take all that for what it's worth.

Aug 2019- New outside AC and in-house core unit. I used it until the weather got chilly in late 2019. Now it's May/June2020 and it's hot again. Ran it and no cold air.
Called Frisbees as they were the one to install it. The technician said the installers screwed up the install and the air wasn't passing over the core (radiator, what ever it's called) The tech said he would talk to someone to have the installers come back out and fix the issue.
It's beginning 3rd week later and no calls to schedule this repair.
Just short of a 3K purchase and my AC isn't installed correctly - my next step is the state licensing board for an inspection, to see if I'm at risk and effectiveness of installation, If it's really botched then court for breach of contract. (Failure to properly install.)

Updated initial review: Came to hook up our fridge water stop valve but showed us where it was since we had it hooked up already, and that was basically it. Charged us $125 for that! He was here for only 10 minutes. While he was here he assisted in hooking up a fridge we could have done ourselves without his help and charged an extra $45! When we called prior to him coming they said it would be $75 per hour and that’s it, plus parts. Called inquiring about the bill and the lady couldn’t do much for us, and unsympathetic.

    Update:
My husband talked to Marty and he discussed it better and helped make it right. For the next time as a suggestion please have your receptionist explain the initial charges better in regards to the service fees and any additional charges;and also the guy on site explain there will be a charge before proceeding forward and that will help eliminate any confusion and negative responses.
